He rescued a child who had fallen into the water, but the villagers mistook him for a human trafficker.

Therefore, the villagers of Jinsha Water Village beat him to death and threw him into the river, leaving fish, shrimp and wild animals to devour his flesh.

Therefore, this person, unable to quell his resentment, transformed into a river demon, seeking revenge on the person who caused his death!

Master Xuanzang, barring any unforeseen circumstances, your normal fate would likely have been the same.

Zhang Bairen replied, "Don't worry, I have the method of observing qi."

I can see clearly who has a karmic entanglement with the water demon.

Those who deserve to die, I will not save; those who don't deserve to die, I will not abandon.
