The struggle between Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism over the orthodox traditions has reached a point of extreme tension.

"Insolence!" the clan chief roared.

“My Golden Lion clan are the most faithful followers of Buddha. Following Buddha is the path to enlightenment. Do we still need you to show us the way?”

"Leave now, or I'll inform the powerful Buddhist monks, and no matter how powerful you are, you won't be able to escape!"

As they spoke, the Golden Lion had already secretly informed the Buddhists that the Great Sage had sealed off the area, preventing any news from getting out.

Just then, an angry shout rang out:

"The Golden Lion Clan has colluded with Taoism and intends to rebel against the Buddhist universe. This Bodhisattva has come to capture the Golden Lion Clan! They must not resist and must surrender."

It was the voice of the Bodhisattva of Maoling.

Upon hearing this, the Golden Lion Clan Chief was shaken to his core. He pointed at the Great Sage and roared in fury:

"You must have been hired by that bastard Maoling to frame my clan!"

Maoling Bodhisattva raised his hand and pressed down, and instantly a terrifying pressure descended upon the territory of the Golden Lion Clan.

All the golden lions below the Great Emperor realm were suppressed and unable to move.

Enraged, the Golden Lion Clan Chief sent the purple-robed Taoist flying with a single palm strike.

Immediately, the clan leader flew into the void and confronted the Bodhisattva Maoling.

"Maoling, stop talking nonsense! Everyone knows you have a grudge against my clan. I never expected you to be so shameless as to spout such baseless accusations just because of a grudge!"

Maoling, his face filled with hatred, pointed at the clan leader and berated him:

"Still trying to deny it! This Bodhisattva already has evidence that you are colluding with the Taoists."

The clan chief laughed angrily, "Evidence? What evidence can you produce? Our clan is upright and honest, and our loyalty to Buddha is known to all. If you dare to talk nonsense again, I won't hesitate to make sure you don't leave alive!"

Just then, more than a dozen powerful Buddhist figures arrived in the skies above the Golden Lion's territory.

They were all summoned by Qiongqi.

Enraged by such humiliation, the Golden Lion Clan Chief revealed his true form and slapped Maoling Bodhisattva.

The Bodhisattva of Maoling instantly exploded, his body and spirit annihilated.

The Golden Lion Clan Chief was stunned. Maoling Bodhisattva was a true immortal, and so was he. It was impossible for him to kill the other party with a single slap.

Of course, it was the Great Sage who secretly made the move, using Taoist techniques.

The powerful Buddhist monks surrounded the Golden Lion Clan Chief, and at the same time, the Buddhist cultivators they had gathered poured into the Golden Lion Clan's territory.

"The Golden Lion Clan not only rebelled, but also killed my Buddhist Bodhisattva right in front of us."

"There's a hidden teleportation platform in your clan's territory that can teleport you to the Yuanshi Tianzun's Daoist temple. Now I'll put an end to that idea!"

Immediately, the powerful Buddhist monk suppressed the Golden Lion Clan Chief and brought him to the back mountain.

However, no one paid him any attention. On an open space behind the mountain, a powerful Buddhist master took out a magical artifact, and after some deciphering, a teleportation platform quickly appeared.

The Golden Lion Clan Chief knew there was no reason to excuse him, and he said in a deep voice:
