At 12:50 a.m., when ghosts were wandering all over the streets, a restaurant on the food street just opened for business.

A waiter stood at the entrance of the restaurant. He looked young, thin, and somewhat like a high school student. He had a round face and a pair of grayish-yellow eyes. His hands were clasped together on the service table in front of him as he watched the wandering spirits on the street with great interest, seemingly quite fascinated by them.

Just as the waiter was engrossed in watching, someone suddenly called his name from behind:

"Hey, Little Grey, could you give me last night's notebook?"

The waiter turned around and saw that it was another waiter who had called him.

"Oh, let me look for it for you. I don't know where you put your notebook from last night."

The waiter named Xiao Hui heard his colleague's words and started looking down to find the notebook. However, he couldn't find it right away and said, "Oh dear, where is it? I remember it clearly is... Oh, I found it."

After finding the notebook, Xiao Hui handed it to his colleague. But just as his colleague was about to go inside with the notebook, Xiao Hui suddenly stopped him and pointed to the wandering ghosts outside, saying, "Hey, by the way, Hei Zi, have you ever seen so many ghosts before? This is the first time I've ever seen so many ghosts. This Ghost Festival is really interesting."

The waiter, nicknamed Blackie, also turned to look at the wandering spirits outside. However, unlike Little Gray, he wasn't interested in them. He simply said, "I've seen them many times. There's nothing strange about them. But don't look at them too much. We'll have guests soon, so take good care of them. Also, the boss is here today."

After saying that, Hei Zi didn't care about Xiao Hui's condition and turned around to go back to the lobby on the first floor.

Xiao Hui was originally watching the ghosts, but after hearing Hei Zi's words, he immediately straightened his work attitude because he was afraid that his boss would see that he hadn't done his job well.

Meanwhile, in the lobby on the first floor, several tables of guests were already waiting for their food to be served. However, these guests were not ordinary humans, but monsters.

While waiting for the food to be served, one of the monsters by the window said to another monster, "Oh dear, we can finally get a number and have a meal today. It's really not easy."

"Yeah, but I don't quite understand. This shop was clearly not going to let monsters in before, so why are they letting them in now?"

Another monster also spoke.

The first monster said, "I don't know, but it's good that we can eat here. The owner is a monster, and even the waiters are monsters, so we can eat without worry."

The second monster nodded in agreement, saying, "That's true. Let's not worry about that for now. We've heard people rave about how delicious the food at this shop is, so we're going to give it a try."

Two monsters were discussing the restaurant, while several other monster guests at other tables were also discussing the same thing: the restaurant.

The restaurant "Shi Ren" had always intentionally kept monsters out of the restaurant, but for some reason, it suddenly changed its rules in the last few days and allowed monsters to eat there. As a result, monsters who had heard of the restaurant's reputation came to try it.

While they were discussing this, a huge creature was sleeping in a private room on the second floor of the restaurant, but it woke up not long afterward.

"Phew~ I can smell those magical little animals again, it's making my mouth water~"

After waking up, the enormous creature transformed into a man. The man got up from the ground, walked to a chair, and ordered towards the door, "Someone, bring the food!"

There was a figure standing at the door of the private room. The figure was a man. After hearing the man's order, he immediately said, "Yes, boss, I will prepare dinner for you right away."

The figure quickly went downstairs, but the man remained seated. After a few minutes, he spoke again, but this time not to the door, but to a painting hanging on the wall of the private room: "Big Yellow, go down and see if there's any suitable food for tonight. If so, pick one up for me."

The painting hanging on the wall was a picture of a tiger emerging from the mountain. It looked very ordinary, just like a regular picture. But right after the man finished speaking, the majestic tiger in the picture suddenly jumped out of the painting with a 'thud' and transformed into a middle-aged man dressed in yellow clothes.

Although this man jumped out of a painting, he was not a painting demon, but a tiger demon.

After the tiger demon emerged from the painting, it respectfully said to the man, "Yes, boss. But it seems like people from the metaphysical world have been watching us lately. Should we close down for a while?"

"No need. They're just a bunch of humans and some minor demons. Why be afraid of them? Don't make a move in the shop tonight. Just look for them outside."

"OK."

After hearing this, the tiger demon went out to find food for its boss, and at the same time, a large food cart was pushed into the private room.

After serving another customer, Little Grey, standing at the restaurant entrance, looked out at the street again, but there weren't many wandering spirits left on the street.

After watching for a while, Xiao Hui saw the man in the yellow clothes come out, and he immediately greeted him respectfully, "Uncle Tiger."
