"Oh, so that's what you meant! You scared me to death! I thought something was wrong with my eyes!"

Holding up the photo, Ye Dongfeng said, "But that monster is so cunning, can we find it using this method?"

Three days have passed since the incident, but they have found very few clues. Therefore, Ye Dongfeng felt that the chances of finding anything by continuing to search in this way were extremely low.

Hidden knew the chances of finding him this way were slim, but he had no other choice. He said, "There's no other way. Neither you nor Xiaoyi can track him down. This is the only method we have now."

When they finally exited the subway station, the two found themselves on a street lined with skyscrapers.

Upon seeing this place, Ye Dongfeng said with a headache, "Tsk~ Among so many office buildings, which one has he appeared in?"

Hidden was already searching through his phone. Looking at the information on his phone, he said, "It's Rongxin Building on Xiangyang Road. The surveillance camera is located at the traffic light, and the person who was filmed was right at the entrance of the building. He even went into the elevator of Rongxin Building."

After hearing Yin Ni's words, Ye Dongfeng started looking for the Rongxin Building. Fortunately, the Rongxin office building was not far away, and it was just across the street from them.

"It's right there. Let's go, let's go together."

Having found the location, Ye Dongfeng and Yinni were about to cross the street when they suddenly saw a man walking out of Rongxin Building.

The man was wearing black clothes, and he was walking with his head down as he left Rongxin Building and headed to the right onto the street.

While hiding on the sidewalk, he noticed the man. He felt that the man was strangely familiar, so he kept staring at him. But as he looked, he felt that the man actually looked a bit like the person they were looking for!

"Holy crap! It really is him, Dongfeng, grab him!"

Hidden felt that the man looked more and more like the person they were looking for, so they took out a photo to compare. As a result, they found that apart from his clothes, the man's body shape, hairstyle, and face shape were exactly the same as the person in the photo!

Upon seeing this, Yinni excitedly pointed at the man and shouted at Ye Dongfeng.

Ye Dongfeng was slowly crossing the road when he was called out by Yinni. He immediately looked up at the man and recognized him as soon as he saw him.

"Holy crap! It really is him, let's go!"

Ye Dongfeng and Yinni started running down the main road, rushing to catch the man. When the man sensed someone behind him, he immediately realized that someone was trying to catch him, so he quickly turned around and started running!

"Halt! We are from the Metaphysics Management Office. Please cooperate with us!"

After chasing him to the side of the road, Ye Dongfeng realized that the man in front of him was a monster. He also felt that they must not have mistaken him for someone else. Otherwise, a disciplined monster would not run away when it heard the management staff requesting cooperation. Under normal circumstances, it would stay and cooperate with the investigation. So, the guy in front of him was obviously suspicious!

As the man ran, in order to shake off the people behind him, he started to run towards some more secluded places. Yinni and Ye Dongfeng chased after him and found that he was running further and further away from the main road, even into some alleys and residential areas. They decided to split up to catch him, otherwise they would be exhausted from running with him like this, and might even lose him.

"You keep following him, I'll go around and take a look. Oh, and remember to leave a mark."

After seeing the man run into a small alley, he spoke to Ye Dongfeng.

Ye Dongfeng guessed that Yinni was probably trying to go around to the front to stop the man, so he nodded and said, "Okay, be careful and remember to leave your scent, otherwise I'm afraid I won't be able to find you."

"Okay, I understand."

Seeing that no one was around, Yinni used magic to disappear from the spot, while Ye Dongfeng continued to chase after him.

Although Concealment used teleportation, he couldn't detect the other party's presence, so he could only track them within a small area. He thought he could definitely catch them using this method, but he never expected to fall into a trap.

When Ye Dongfeng chased the man into the alley and through a small lane to an open space, he not only lost sight of him, but he also couldn't find his hidden presence!

Ye Dongfeng stood in an open space and called out to people in some nearby bungalows. Most of these bungalows were empty, with only a few people living in them. After searching them, Ye Dongfeng discovered that Yinni seemed to have disappeared, so he quickly reported the situation to his department.
