"Friend, is he your boyfriend?"

The middle-aged woman chuckled gossipyly, "I never expected that quiet young man would have a girlfriend. Wow, that's quite a rare find!"

"Uh, no, we're just ordinary friends..."

Yue Jiu was speechless at the aunt's gossip. She continued to ask, "You've known him for so long, do you know anything about him?"

"Oh, I see. Then I hope we can find the murderer as soon as possible. There are no security cameras in my house, so I don't know when he left."

After opening Xie Sen's room door, the landlord stepped aside and said, "Officer, I have other things to do, so I won't bother you any longer. If you're leaving, just close the door behind you. By the way, could you please help me contact Xie Sen's family? His things are still here, and he hasn't paid half a month's rent yet..."

Xie Sen's room contained very few things. He only had a few clothes, a bed, some clothes, and some daily necessities. There wasn't much else in the room.

Yue Jiuling found several scales under Xie Sen's bed, guessing that they must have fallen off Xie Sen himself. She also found a rice cooker in the kitchen, but it looked quite new, so it was probably rarely used for cooking.

There was also a refrigerator in the kitchen, containing a few apples and a box of raw pork. The pork was bought from a supermarket, as it had labels indicating the supermarket and the production date.

"Tsk, it's all raw meat, no vegetables, no wok or rice. Does this guy only eat raw meat at home? But then again, snakes like to eat raw meat."

Yue Jiuling rummaged through the refrigerator to herself, but apart from finding a bottle of soy sauce, she couldn't find any other ingredients for cooking.
