After saying that, Garen let out a long sigh of relief.

"When will you arrive?" Vice President Carl pressed.

Galen slapped his forehead, not responding directly to him, but turning to Defense Secretary Daly:

"General Daly, are we close to completing our military deployment in the Western Pacific?"

"Rest assured, 80% of the deployment has been completed as planned, and it will all be completed before July."

Daly's answer was concise and powerful, yet packed with information:

"The Nimitz, Carl Vinson, Lincoln, and Stennis carrier strike groups have entered the Western Pacific."

Galen understood the implication of his words but didn't spell it out. He then turned to ask Treasurer Jennifer:

"Minister Janissary, will the Black Storm plan in July proceed as scheduled?"

Jennifer was taken aback, but then understood: "Everything is ready. With the help of the 1997 Feng Shui Killing Formation, the Black Storm will be activated on time."

Garen revealed a rare smile:

Clington understood and nodded, saying:
