Chapter 120 is just a little bit away!

At midnight, the campus was quiet. At this time, students and teachers had already gone home, leaving only the security guards patrolling at night.

Shinichiro pushed open the door to the rooftop. The rooftop was empty, but Shinichiro did not let his guard down. Given that person's abilities, he was unlikely to stand him up. Moreover, as soon as he opened the door, he immediately sensed a sense of danger on the rooftop.

He took a few steps forward and asked, "What do you want with me?"

"Restore your original Vermouth voice, it makes me nauseous." The hoarse voice came again.

"Speak, why did you call me here?"

A seductive voice echoed from the rooftop; a woman's voice came from a handsome man, which looked incredibly strange.

Hidden in the shadows, Guangyou continued in a hoarse voice, "I believe you won't tell anyone about what happened today, will you?"

"You mean that great detective?" A smile suddenly appeared on Shinichiro's face. "Why should I do as you say?"

"Because I can kill you."

The moment those words were spoken, Vermouth felt a chill run down her spine, and a murderous intent instantly enveloped her.

She showed no emotion on her face, but only she knew the surprise in her heart. This killing intent was no less than Gin's, and even greater. If Gin made people feel cold and regarded people as ants, then Kōyū made people feel a bit crazy.

Instantly, the atmosphere on the rooftop froze. A few seconds later, Vermouth broke out in a cold sweat: "Fine, I agree."

Anyway, she never wanted to tell the organization about this.

A few seconds passed in the blink of an eye, but it felt like an eternity to her. With each passing second, the murderous intent surrounding her grew stronger, which made her even more astonished: "Just how many people has this person killed!"

The moment she agreed, her murderous intent vanished, as if it had never existed.

Vermouth breathed a sigh of relief and quickly left the rooftop.

Just seconds after she left, Guangyou, dressed in a red robe, appeared on the rooftop.

He then disappeared from the rooftop.

......

The next morning, she woke up early and told Kōyū and Ai, who was disguised as Conan, to wash up and go to school. Seeing that she still had dark circles under her eyes and looked so excited, Kōyū knew that she probably hadn't slept well last night.

As Kōyū brushed his teeth, he couldn't help but sigh as he thought about last night. This was the first time Ai had shared a room with him!

He shook his head: "What a pity, what a pity."

Xiao Ai, who had already finished washing up and put her mask and voice changer back on, blushed slightly and muttered, "Pervert!"

After saying that, Ai walked straight out.

"Herr tui!" Kōyū spat out the water in his mouth. He hadn't yet realized that Ai had seen him shake his head. He frowned. "What did I do, you pervert? You haven't succeeded yet!"

He shook his head, put down his toiletries, grabbed a sandwich from the table, and went out.

As expected, Xiaolan went straight to the door of the new house. After hesitating for a moment, she rang the doorbell.

Shinichi's voice quickly answered the doorbell, but Ran seemed worried and kept pressing the doorbell.

"It's so noisy! Isn't it annoying?!"

Shinichi, holding a piece of toast, complained through the door. He had been leisurely eating breakfast when the ringing of the bell completely ruined his mood. "I hear it every time I ring it!"

Then, Shinichi opened the door for the three of them and turned around to go back inside.

"Shinichi, are you aware of the school's arrangements?"

"Of course, it's probably just cleaning up after the carnival, right?" Shinichi opened the door and replied disdainfully. "I'll go get ready, you wait here for a bit."

Ran looked at Shinichi's retreating figure, a blush rising on her face: "It really is Shinichi."

Yesterday at the amusement park, she had her doubts. Besides, that gentle Shinichi seemed so fake. Although she felt great inside, she was still a little unaccustomed to it. But Shinichi's attitude just now made her truly feel that the Shinichi she knew had returned. She smiled, her eyes crinkling, unable to control the curve of her lips: "This isn't a dream! He's really back!"

She couldn't help but ask, "That's great! Isn't that right, Mitsuyu, Conan?"

"Huh? Where did everyone go?"

As soon as Xiaolan turned around, the two living people disappeared.

...

Shinichi, tidying his clothes in front of the bathroom mirror, smiled broadly: "My old body is definitely the most convenient to use!"

"Don't be too happy yet."

Shinichi turned his head and said, "Kuangyou?"

Ai leaned against the bathroom door: "This is just a temporary antidote. Don't think you can recover so easily."

Shinichi scratched his head: "I know, but I just can't control myself!"

"By the way, Haibara, why aren't you eating?" Shinichi felt the power he hadn't felt in a long time. He hadn't slept well last night, tossing and turning, and getting up every now and then to look at himself in the mirror.

It wasn't that he was narcissistic; it was just that he was too excited after he turned back.

Ai's answer was calm and even sounded somewhat cold-blooded: "I just happened to find you as a test subject. After all, I'm not perfect, and I can't guarantee your safety. I just need to use you as a test subject. Besides, it's no use for me to temporarily change back."

"That's true." Shinichi felt that his question was a bit silly.

Guangyou yawned: "By the way, when are you leaving? The effects of the medicine will probably wear off tonight."
