Chapter 322 Are you jealous?

"Huff..."

Guangyou held dumbbells in both hands, and beads of sweat slid down his face.

Some people say that when you're in a bad mood, you should exercise, work up a sweat, and get so tired that you won't have the energy to worry anymore.

Guangyou felt much better.

Sitting on a chair to the side, just as he was about to wipe his sweat, Guangyou noticed a towel in front of him.

At first, he didn't realize anything. He was so tired that he didn't think much about it. He took the towel and wiped the sweat from his forehead and face.

Realizing this, Kwangyu looked up and stared in surprise at the person who had just arrived.

"Ai, what brings you here?"

Ai stood there, tilted her head slightly, and said, "Shall we talk outside?"

Kōyū nodded, got up, and followed behind Ai.

The warehouse is located at the dock, which is one of the reasons why Guangyou likes this place.

Only a handful of stars can be seen in the night sky.

"Ai, how did you find me?"

Guangyou was a little confused. Apart from Narumi, who came with him, no one else should know about this place.

Ai raised an eyebrow, took out a detective armband from her pocket, and said, "Have you forgotten that this has a GPS tracking function?"

Guangyou nodded, suddenly realizing what was going on.

Turning his head to look at the beautiful woman beside him, Guangyou asked, "But, it's so late, why are you...?"

Why would I come here to look for you?

Ai sat on the edge of the dock, her hands supporting her weight, her little feet swinging in the air. "I asked Kudo, and he said you didn't go home all night. I noticed you were acting a bit strange during the day, so I came out to look for you."

"By the way, are you jealous?"

A captivating smile suddenly appeared on Ai's face as she turned slightly to look at Kyou.

Guangyou was stunned for a moment, his face quickly turning red, and he said stubbornly, "Jealous? What jealousy? Whose jealousy?"

Ai stared at Kousuke: "Are you jealous of that number nine from the BIG Osaka team?"

Why are you jealous of him?

Kōyū knew that he was right, but he didn't admit it.

Ai looked up at the night sky: "Because his experience is very similar to mine, don't you know that?"

"Just because of this? How could I..."

Before Kōyū could finish speaking, Ài interrupted him, saying calmly, "You still won't admit it? If you don't admit it, you'll face the consequences."

Her suspicions from the daytime had been confirmed.

"All right..."

Guangyou lowered his head and said hesitantly, "I am a little jealous."

"Actually, you don't need to worry at all."

Ai smiled again. "I didn't know that soccer player before. Although I don't know why you reacted like that when you heard about the game this morning, I felt that your reaction was too much."

Guangyou also knew that his reaction was somewhat abnormal and excessive.

He also tried to comfort himself by saying that the outcome was uncertain and these were just folk sayings.

Even in the original work, Ai Haibara showed an unusual side in front of that man.

Looking back at the entire storyline, Ai Haibara only appeared in that state once.

However, it seems he was overthinking it.

That's what they said, but deep down they felt a little uneasy.

Guangyou knew that this situation could be described as childish or immature, and he didn't want to describe himself like that.

He also knew that this was his problem.

Preparing a meal that everyone praises and then sweating it out is another way for him to vent his frustrations.

Ai swung her legs and said seriously, "I just think he's a lot like me, and I want to see what he chooses in the end."

Guangyou nodded, and as the evening breeze blew, his heart gradually calmed down.

Luckily, I wiped away the sweat and rested before coming out, otherwise I probably would have caught a cold from the night wind.

While Guangyou was lost in thought, he suddenly felt a cool sensation on his cheek.

By the time they realized what was happening, Ai's head was already resting slightly on Kousuke's shoulder.

My mind is completely at peace...

After all this happened, Guangyou felt a peace he had never known before.

I wasn't as excited as I had imagined, to the point of being speechless.

The subtle warmth was just right.

"How naive I am."

Guangyou was about to shake his head, but after realizing the current situation, he stopped and instead rested his chin slightly on the head of the beauty beside him.

"Gurgle~"

The discordant noise shattered the warm atmosphere at the dock.

Mitsuyu chuckled, "Ai, haven't you eaten?"

Ai straightened up, her cheeks slightly flushed, and said reproachfully, "It's because I came to find you that I didn't have time to eat."

"Okay, okay, my problem. Shall I take you out to eat?"

Guangyou chuckled a few times. "Speaking of which, I'm hungry too. I know a really good restaurant."

That's true, he was indeed a little hungry.

He only tasted the food briefly; it wasn't even enough to satisfy his cravings.

"But I want to eat what you make."

It always feels a little strange coming from Ai's obviously coquettish tone.

But it sounds really awesome.

"Is it still possible to buy vegetables now?"

Ai glanced at the completely dark sky and said with some worry, "I didn't expect things to turn out like this, so I didn't buy any groceries."

Guangyou frowned: "It is indeed a bit difficult."

Ai leaned on Kyou's shoulder again: "How about we just pick a place to eat?"

"No, I said I'd cook it for you, and I mean I'll cook it for you."
