Chapter 333 Since ancient times, the debts of love are the hardest to repay.

"Huh?"

Sonoko and Ran were both somewhat surprised by Kouyu's comments.

"I haven't finished yet. What I wanted to say was that the clothes are nice, but I think Kyogoku-nii bought them."

Guangyou held it and examined it again very seriously.

Sonoko asked in confusion, "How did you know?"

"You can guess it just by looking at it."

Sonoko was wearing a very simple kimono. The dark blue kimono didn't have many decorations. Given Sonoko's lively and cheerful personality, she probably wouldn't have chosen such a style that made people look so serious.

Considering Sonoko's current behavior, it's not hard to guess that it was sent by Makoto Kyogoku.

At this point, Sonoko's smile vanished. Sitting back down, she said with a hint of regret, "Yes, this color doesn't suit me, but..."

As she spoke, she rested her chin on her hand, a lovestruck smile appearing on her face, "But considering that it was a gift from Ah-zhen, I think it suits me perfectly."

Amidst laughter and conversation, the food was served to everyone with the help of the waiters.

Just as Genta was about to start eating, he noticed two identical glasses of juice in front of Ayumi, so he asked curiously, "Hey, Ayumi, are you drinking two glasses by yourself?"

No, that's all.

Ayumi blushed and placed a glass of juice in front of Conan, who was standing there dumbfounded. "Conan, this is for you."

After putting it away, she quickly came to her senses and buried her head in eating her omelet rice, afraid that someone would see her already flushed face.

Ignoring the murderous glares from Genta and Mitsuhiko, Conan held the glass of juice in his hand, shook his head, and sighed deeply.

When nature calls, Guangyou suddenly felt a surge of primal energy flowing within his bladder, as if it were about to burst forth.

"I'm going to the restroom."

After Guangyou got up and said goodbye to Xiaolan, he headed towards the restaurant's restroom.

I had a refreshing biological excretion of waste and toxins in the bathroom.

As soon as Guangyou stepped out of the bathroom, he was drawn to a young man who entered.

It wasn't that his interests had suddenly changed; it was just that the man's behavior was suspicious.

The man, bent over and looking around, carrying a backpack, darted to a corner like a rat hiding in a sewer.

However, Guangyou had no interest in other people's business, so he shook his head and returned to his seat.

Sonoko took a sip of orange juice, looked up, and asked, "Do you know that person?"

Guangyou shook his head: "I don't know him, but I feel there's something wrong with him."

"You think so too?"

On the other side, Conan, who was feeling extremely uncomfortable, seized the opportunity to chime in when a topic came up.

Guangyou glanced at the corner where the man was again: "Hmm, there's something wrong with that."

"What's wrong? I don't see anything wrong."

Sonoko turned her head and glanced at the man. She frowned and stared at him carefully for a while, but still couldn't find anything unusual.

"Although he was exaggerating a bit, it actually makes his problems clearer."

Guangyou ate his steak, took a sip of juice, stopped eating, pointed at the man, then at himself, "His eyebrows were down, his upper eyelids were raised, and his mouth was tightly closed, like a line."

Sonoko shrugged, somewhat puzzled: "So what?"

"This expression usually appears on a person's face when they are angry, and generally represents anger."

Guangyou deliberately made that face to demonstrate to the others.

Sonoko then realized that the man was indeed acting strangely, but she was still somewhat skeptical: "Is it really that far-fetched?"

"Yes, this kind of expression can appear on most people, either on their face or in certain subtle movements. Without special training, they will more or less give themselves away."

Guangyou nodded seriously, picked up a napkin and wiped the grease from his mouth. "This is a common psychological technique used by the FBI."

Seeing the lingering distrust on Sonoko's face, Kōyū raised an eyebrow, chuckled, and said, "You all watch. If it's true, it can even prevent a case from happening."

After saying that, Guangyou got up and sat down directly opposite the person.

The man, carrying a backpack, shouted at Guangyou sternly, "Little brat, go out and play!"

Despite the man's bad attitude, Guangyou didn't take it to heart. He pointed to a young female waitress on the other side and asked, "Big brother, is that your girlfriend?"

The man turned to the side, his back to Guangyou, and said, "What's it to you? You're just a little kid, eat your meals, go home and do your homework. Why do you care so much?"

"That lady is quite pretty."

Guangyou shifted his body slightly and turned to look at the female saleswoman who was promoting the store's expensive imported liquor to a customer.

"Hmph, how can a person stay beautiful forever?"

For the first time, the man didn't lose his temper with Guangyou; instead, he took it out on the waitress.

"Big brother, do you travel often?"

Kōyū pointed to the unique souvenirs on his backpack, including the plum pendant that Rin had bought at Nanki Shirahama Station.

The man's brows, which had been tightly furrowed, relaxed slightly.

Seeing that things were going well, Guangyou continued, "Did the older brother go out with that older sister?"

The man suddenly fell into reminiscence, his mouth relaxed a bit, and he seemed much more normal: "Most of the time, we went to New York, and we whispered sweet nothings to each other under the Statue of Liberty."

“We’ve also been to London, where we huddled together under Big Ben waiting for the bells to ring.”

"We also went to the Netherlands, where we sat on the grass and looked at the blue sky, white clouds, and windmills slowly turning in the distance."

...

The man talked about many places he had been, many of which Guangyou didn't know.

His narration was filled with emotion, and he vividly described many beautiful scenic spots and holy sites.

Guangyou didn't interrupt him. He rested his elbows on the table, propped his chin on his hand, nodded from time to time, and chimed in with a comment. The tense atmosphere between the two gradually eased.

A young man who looked to be around twenty years old was chatting happily with a primary school child, which amused Sonoko and Ran.

"Looks like you're engaged, big brother?"

Guangyou pointed to the sparkling diamond ring on the man's left middle finger and asked curiously.

The man wasn't so wary. He turned to face Guangyou, raised his left hand to examine the ring, and said gently, "Well, but..."

Suddenly, his expression shifted between light and dark, and his white teeth, stained with tobacco, clenched tightly.

"Big brother, put the present aside for a moment, think back to the times you two traveled together, imagine the windmills of the Netherlands..."

Guangyou softened his voice and described some scenes he had visited, trying his best to draw him into his memories.

Everything was going quite smoothly at first, but things can't always go so smoothly.

Just as the man was about to let go of his hand and Guangyou was about to proceed with the next step of persuasion to get the man to hand over the bag, an accident occurred.
