Chapter 676 The Hidden Identity

"Bull Warrior?" A male voice suddenly sounded from behind them. "Little friend, is this Bull Warrior you're talking about very powerful?"

"Excuse me, sir?" Guangyou turned around after hearing the voice and saw a man with short, fluffy hair standing behind their seats.

He has a delicate face and regular features; he looks quite good.

"I'm only 27, not old enough to be an uncle yet." The man gave a wry smile before changing the subject, "By the way, kid, who's this bull warrior you're talking about? Is he powerful?"

“It’s not a matter of whether he’s good or bad.” On a whim, Guangyou made a few gestures and clicked his tongue. “He’s really that rare kind of…arrogant.”

The man nodded, indicating that he understood: "I get it. In Mexican wrestling, the loser has to have their mask removed. This bull warrior must be very confident that he can win every battle. He does seem very strong."

"Excuse me for interrupting." Uncle Mori glanced at the man, then at Mitsuru. Although the two didn't know each other, they seemed to be getting along quite well. However, the man still didn't introduce himself. "May I ask, who are you?"

"My name is Da Shen Jing Qing, and I'm twenty-seven years old." Da Shen Jing Qing chuckled awkwardly before introducing himself, "The number one ugliest man you mentioned earlier, Uncle, is me."

As soon as he finished speaking, Uncle Mori was immediately embarrassed. He had made fun of someone and the person in question had overheard him. How unlucky must one be to encounter such a thing?

Before he could change the subject, Uncle Mori realized something: So, this man in front of him was the wolf-faced warrior?

Xiaolan realized this too, and exclaimed in surprise, "So, Mr. Oogami, you are...?"

"Shh!" The great god Jing Qing quickly raised a finger, signaling the two not to reveal his identity. He looked around and whispered, "You guessed right, the Wolf-faced Warrior is indeed me."

"Is it really that much of a coincidence?" Conan muttered, withdrawing his gaze. "It's one thing for someone like this to appear here, but why would they so carelessly reveal their carefully concealed identity to strangers? Aren't they afraid of being exposed?"

The others didn't hear Conan's mutterings and continued chatting with Oogami Keishin.

"But Mr. Great God, are you sure you'll be alright showing up here without a mask?" Xiaolan looked around to make sure no one was looking their way before saying, "If someone finds out, all your efforts will be wasted."

The audience who are interested in the Wolf Mask Warrior competition can be roughly divided into two types: one is those who want to see how many consecutive wins the Wolf Mask Warrior can achieve.

Another type, like Xiaolan, hopes that the wolf-faced warrior will lose the match, so that they can find out what the person under the mask really looks like.

"It's alright. The company has already announced that Wolfface is Mexican, and I often sit in the front row to watch the matches, so many long-time viewers are familiar with me. Everyone just sees me as a new wrestler."

Da Shen Jingqing said nonchalantly, "Besides, I will only use the Wolf-faced Warrior's special move on the arena, so no one will ever associate it with me."

"The old master is right. As long as nothing unexpected happens, others won't easily associate it with him."

Guangyou added from the side, "Just like this great uncle said, on the one hand, people wouldn't think that the person who often shows his face is Wolf Mask Warrior, and on the other hand, that's his identity. Losing a match means taking off your mask, which is a rule of Mexican wrestling. Anyone who knows about this should know that. It's like throwing out a smokescreen."

“This little brother is right, that’s what the company and I think too.” Just as Da Shen Jing Qing expressed his agreement, he felt something was off. Did this kid just call him uncle? Is he that old?

"So, if that's the case, probably not many people know your identity."

Even so, Uncle Mori was still a little worried, "But aren't you afraid we'll reveal your true identity?"

"Apart from professional wrestlers in the capital, no one else knows my identity. Even my parents and girlfriend don't know about it."

Oogami Keishin smiled and waved his hand, reassuring the group, "I believe you won't reveal my information. After all, you're the famous detective Kogoro Mouri. I trust your reputation, Mr. Mouri."

This flattery was spot on, and Uncle Mori felt extremely comfortable. He suppressed the smile on his lips, straightened his expression slightly, and nodded: "Don't worry, I will never reveal your ID card. I, Kogoro Mori, am someone you can trust completely."

Actually, Oogami Keishin's looks are not bad, which made Uncle Mori a little puzzled. He asked, "Speaking of which, Mr. Oogami, you are quite handsome. I don't think there is any need to cover it up."

"Actually, it's better to cover it up. Showing your face will certainly attract some viewers who value appearance, but your popularity won't be as high as it is now."

Guangyou interjected, "First, use the gimmick of winning streaks and taking off your mask if you lose to create a persona that is different from other contestants and spark a wave of discussion."

"It would be best if we could continue our winning streak. When we reach a certain number of wins, like a hundred, we can take off our masks to celebrate. That would definitely boost the buzz and attract more viewers."

"Of course, you can also choose not to take off the mask and keep it until you retire. In that case, you will create an undefeated legend and be remembered even after you retire."

"Even if I accidentally lose, it doesn't matter, because I've already won quite a few matches and have a certain fan base. Plus, showing my face can attract a wave of viewers, and I'll be more popular than the average wrestler."
