Apocalypse + Lone Wolf + Not a Saint + Hoarding + Infinite Space + No CP
Li Yao transmigrated, with one year left until the apocalypse.
Military bases? Take them.
Cruiser fleets? ...
Li Yao was full and satisfied, but the mutated giant octopus that had just been teleported back to its lair was dumbfounded. Where was my huge leg? Where was my huge tentacle?
The octopus was furious. It searched the area around its lair but couldn't find its legs. Helpless and with no one to tell it what was wrong, it thrashed around on the seabed a few times before finally clinging to its remaining legs, intending to keep an eye on them.
After eating and drinking her fill, Li Yao planned to take a nap. It was too sunny at noon. Although her ice-type superpower, the spiritual spring water, and the protective suit could protect her from sunburn, what child would go out to play instead of sleeping at noon? We all eat and sleep well before going out to have fun!
After making the decision, Li Yao went to her bedroom, which Da Zhuang had cleaned spotlessly. With a light incense burner, she put on an eye mask and slept soundly.
In the afternoon, Li Yao planned to go scuba diving.
Around three or four in the afternoon, when the sunlight wasn't so strong, Li Yao teleported to the beach with Da Zhuang and retrieved the yacht she had taken the day before.
When Dazhuang arrived at the diving area, Li Yao went into her space to change into a diving suit. She had her oxygen tank on her back and, after attaching the safety rope, she leaned back and went into the water.
The seawater temperature was just right, and Li Yao swam slowly. Every now and then, some small fish, no bigger than a palm, would swim past her, only to flee in fright when they saw her.
The underwater corals were vibrant and colorful. Li Yao even saw an egg yolk jellyfish that really looked like an egg swimming in the sea. Scallops were opening and closing as they breathed. You could only see the soft, delicate tentacles of the coral polyps scrambling for plankton in the ocean if you looked closely.
All sorts of strangely shaped little creatures were particularly interesting. She saw many sea urchins and sea cucumbers, and especially large conch shells. Li Yao used her mental power to envelop several of these sea urchins, sea cucumbers, and abalone, and then stored them in the [Infinite Space].
Li Yao carried the enormous conch shell onto the boat, placed it in a pre-prepared bucket, and then removed her goggles and gloves. After a careful examination, she recognized it as a phoenix conch.
Phoenix snails do indeed live in tropical and subtropical seas, preferring to live in warm waters and shallow muddy or gravelly seabeds. This snail was about the length of Li Yao's forearm, and its silvery-white shell was very beautiful, so she decided to take it home to play with.
After storing the snails in the [Infinite Space], Li Yao went underwater for a while and picked up one or two pretty seashells and starfish to put into the space.
After boarding the ship, Li Yao took out a glass of iced calamansi oranges and drank it down in one gulp, then lay down on the large sunbathing mat to rest.
The boat rose and fell with the waves, and all she could hear were the sounds of water, insects, and birds. She lay there quietly, wishing she could do nothing and just lie there all day.
After a short rest, Li Yao wanted to go surfing. She asked Da Zhuang to drive the boat at the slowest speed to take her along, while she changed into a one-piece swimsuit, took out her surfboard, and held the safety rope behind her.
Thanks to her practice of Shadow Step, Li Yao hasn't fallen off the boat even after circling the island from the beginning. However, the speed and the impact of the water are still very exciting, so she asked Da Zhuang to give her a little boost.
The yacht picked up speed a bit, and she felt like the whole boat was about to take off. She quickly grabbed the rope to steady herself. The splashing water and the push from the wind made Li Yao have a blast.
The yacht circled three times before stopping. Li Yao said she needed to rest. It was already past 5 p.m., and the clouds on the horizon were beautifully colored by the sunset. Li Yao quietly watched this scene, wanting to remember it.
She and Dazhuang teleported back to the hotel before dark, and the yacht was stored in the [Infinite Space]. That night, Li Yao had a seafood feast.
A large portion of Boston lobster prepared in three ways, a portion of salmon, a portion of Arctic shrimp, a portion of Arctic surf clam, and a large plate of spicy crab.
A serving of mussels cooked in lemongrass and coconut milk, and two fresh sea urchins.
A large portion of seafood fried rice, finished with a glass of ginger cola.
The mussels cooked in lemongrass and coconut milk were incredibly tender. The mussels were sand-free and had a sweet texture. The spicy crab was spicy and addictive, and the salmon was rich and succulent. Finally, we mixed the lobster with seafood fried rice. One big bite was simply amazing!
