Chapter 129 Where are the zombies?

biu——biu——biu——”

Xu Mo's eyes were as sharp as torches, and the laser-charged pistol in his hand shot out three dazzling beams of light, accurately hitting the head of the "tank".

The laser beam instantly penetrated Tank's iron-hard forebrain and exited from the back, leaving a trail of blood. Tank's massive body shuddered, letting out a deafening roar, and its waving arms drooped helplessly.

With a loud "bang", its mountain-like body fell to the ground, splashing a cloud of dust, and the surrounding zombies were shaken to the ground by the impact force.

At this moment, the laser-charged pistol had just charged another bullet. Xu Mo shot at the group of zombies without hesitation. Then, he quickly pulled out a general-purpose rifle from his backpack in one go.

He held the rifle steady in his hand, the barrel vibrating slightly as bullets rained down on the zombies. Every shot was accompanied by the zombies' screams and collapses.

After half an hour of fierce fighting, there were only about twenty zombies left behind the car. These zombies joined the pursuit team halfway. The zombies at the beginning had already died in the massacre.

"Bang!"

After pulling the trigger and killing the last zombie he could see, Xu Mo put the gun away and sat in the passenger seat.

"Is everything resolved?" As soon as he sat down, King Ada turned his head and looked at him.

"It's solved." Xu Mo nodded in response to Ada Wang's question.

"Where are we going next?" King Ada asked again.

"Let's go somewhere else and take advantage of the double points now to kill more zombies." Xu Mo replied.

"Okay." Ada Wong nodded and continued driving forward.

Alexandria Community.

Five minutes after Xu Mo left, Aiden brought others to the community gate.

He looked at Aaron and Eric and said:

"Aaron, Eric, what happened here? How did Nicholas become a zombie? And he bit three people to death?"

Facing Aiden's question, Aaron frowned and said:

"We don't know either. When we arrived here, the gate of the community was open and there was a pool of fresh blood on the ground.

"But we suspect it was Pete who killed Nicholas, opened the gate and drove away."

"Pete? Why him?" Aiden was a little confused and showed a bewildered expression.

Aaron explained:

"Half an hour ago, Pete was seen by our guests beating up Jess. Our guests tried to stop him from beating up Jess by giving Pete a lesson. Then we received a 'report' from Pete's neighbor across the street. When we went to Pete's house to look for him, he had already disappeared."

"Then, because of the blood moon, Aaron, I and the guest came here, only to find the door open and a pool of blood and tire marks on the ground," Eric agreed.

Aiden nodded in response to Aaron and Eric's words without any further doubt. He looked at Eric and asked, "You said you came with our guests, so where are our guests?"

"He went out to investigate the Blood Moon Zombies for us." Aaron told the truth.

Aiden looked at Aaron in disbelief and said:

"Are you crazy? Why would you let our guest do such a dangerous thing? If something happens to him, can we afford the wrath of the 'prison' community?"

Although he had never seen this guest, he knew that this guest was from the "prison" community and seemed to be the leader of the "prison" community.

As part of an exchange group, he had the opportunity to visit the "prison" community, where the armed forces, defense facilities, security conditions, and living standards were completely incomparable to their Alexandria community.

If he wasn't Diana's son, and his father Reggie and brother Spencer were not here and held important positions, he would have wanted to move to the "prison" to live.

"He strongly insisted on going, and we couldn't stop him." Aaron said helplessly.

"And he has super powers, so nothing should happen to him." Eric added for Aaron.

"I can only hope that he is really okay." Aiden sighed and then said:

"I've already sent Heath and his team to patrol and defend the south. Spibin will be in charge of the north, and Carter will be in charge of the west. You two will join us in defending this area."

"No problem." Aaron and Eric agreed.

Six hours passed...

Standing on the platform inside the wall, Aaron still frowned as he looked at the stillness outside.

It has been six hours and there is no trace of zombies. No gunshots have been heard on the other three sides of the wall.

"Where are the zombies?" Aaron was a little confused.

"Ha~" Eric, who was next to Aaron, yawned.

Aaron glanced at Eric and saw that Eric looked drowsy.

Then he looked at the others, including Aiden, who were already sitting on the platform with their heads down and asleep.

"Why, the zombies haven't arrived yet?"

Just then, a voice came from behind them.

Hearing this voice, everyone woke up instantly.

Aaron turned around and saw Diana standing behind them.

Although Diana was not defending the wall, she had not heard any gunshots and was feeling uneasy, so she went to the wall to see what was going on.

Aaron answered Diana's question: "No, let alone zombies, we didn't even see the shadow of a zombie."
