Note 1: Wang De's Central Army of the Imperial Camp was actually directly under the command of Ya Jiu, and all the commanders were senior commanders of the Imperial Camp. Zhang Jing and Qiao Zhongfu had both participated in the war since Huaishang, and had not missed a single one. Xin Yanzong had also been accompanying the emperor since Nanyang. Zhai Biao was the representative of the local tyrants of Xiping, the Zhai family, and also the representative of the local tyrants of Wuhe. Therefore, the number of staff in each commander's department was generally larger.
Note 2: Wang De's troops mainly came from Jingdong Road and Kaifeng Prefecture, which were closer to the center, so they mostly adopted the more traditional capital-camp-command department organization.
