Looking at the jubilant little girl in front of him, Chu Rui couldn't tell whether she was friend or foe.

Those eyes were like those of a beast, the pupils contracting and dilating in response to her emotions.

Now, the red pupils filled the entire eyeballs. The little girl's eyes were already big, and with such a pair of red eyes looking over, most people would probably turn pale and lie down in fright.

He didn't ask the little girl's questions much in return.

"Are you human? What are you and the Doctor doing underground? Where are my friends?"
