Bonus Chapter: Gabriel vs. Harman (Part 5)

“But I don’t want to.” Harman’s gaze was deep, his eyes filled with a strong smile.

“…” Gabriel turned his head away, ignoring him. Hmph!

"Are you angry?" The man walked over. He sat down naturally on the edge of Gabriel's bed and turned him over so that he was facing him.

“…” Gabriel stared at the man, but didn’t say anything. He couldn’t afford to offend him, so he couldn’t even avoid him?

"Hehehe..." the man chuckled, "You really are just like your name."

Gabriel remained silent, but his clear eyes were full of confusion. What did he mean?

“Gabriel, ignoring me, is that what you like about ignoring people?” Harman’s voice was low and intense, carrying a strong masculine aura, as he stood very close to Gabriel.

"You son of a bitch!" Gabriel was furious. How dare he bring up his name? He deserved to die.

"Me, a dog?" The man smiled, raising an eyebrow, his eyes narrowing dangerously. "I'll show you what a dog man really is."

"Ah, what are you doing? Let me go!" Gabriel cried out in terror. "You're like a dog, you even bite people."

"Hmm." The man's voice remained cold and indifferent, contradicting his current actions.

And so Gabriel moved into Harman's palace and stayed in his room.

Everyone in the palace knew that their emperor, who had remained celibate for decades, had found someone he liked.

But... he's a man.

Then it dawned on me: no wonder Harman never had a partner; he actually preferred men. I see, I'd been on the wrong track.

Then, some people secretly wanted to send their children to Harman in order to win his favor and rise in rank.

Unfortunately, in front of others, His Majesty, who is calm and self-possessed, remains the same noble and reserved ruler who never shows his emotions and is indifferent and aloof to anyone.

Those who wanted to get close to him, as before, never succeeded.

And so, Gabriel stayed with Harman for half a year, and they got to know each other in every way.

Harman's affection for Gabriel seemed to deepen; he would accompany him on walks, chat with him, buy him nice clothes, and watch movies with him.

Of course, he did most of what he liked to do.

Every time Gabriel had to beg him to stop, he still wouldn't necessarily give up.

Finally, one day, Harman was not in the palace. After six months of familiarizing himself with the guards and the environment, Gabriel took the opportunity to disguise himself and escape from the prison.

He escaped the magnificent cage that had imprisoned him for half a year, and left the Liyue Kingdom at top speed, successfully returning to his own empire, the Aolan Empire.

Without any hesitation, he rushed to the palace and locked himself in his room.

Only then did he feel safe. He had truly escaped that man's control and become the idle third prince of the Oran Empire. He was free.

This joy lasted for several days, but gradually he calmed down and became more composed.

But involuntarily, the image of that man would occasionally surface in her mind—gentle, domineering, forceful, teasing, and excited.

Every facet of him is different, yet it seems to have taken up residence in his mind, impossible to pull out or escape, making him think of him again and again.

Gabriel was unusually quiet, so quiet that there wasn't a sound, as if the person didn't exist there.

His condition worried his two older brothers and father, so they all came to see him.
