Interstellar Gourmet: Driving a Bunch of Beasts Crazy

Yan Jin has transmigrated. As the lowest of the low in the interstellar era, a pure human looked down upon by all beastmen, Yan Jin feels it's time to show these beastmen the true caliber of hu...

Chapter 200 Lion Beastman

"..." Yan Jin didn't say anything and followed the man outside.

The man, Bu En, led Yan Jin to a laboratory, which was no different from the laboratory Yan Jin had in the military hospital. It was full of bottles and jars, and even some reagents.

Bu En said to the guard, "Go and bring number 04321."

"Yes," a Zergling replied in a stiff voice.

It looked like a caterpillar, but with more than a dozen eyes, making it look very strange.

Yan Jin asked casually, "Why is it number 04321?" as if counting down.

The man glanced coldly at Yan Jin and replied, "This is his number, and also the number of experiments conducted. He is the 4321st orc."

Yan Jin looked at the man and asked, "Do you all use orcs for experiments?"

“No, there are also Zerg. The Zerg are numbered A.” Bu En didn’t think there was anything wrong with telling Yan Jin this, so when Yan Jin asked, he told her.

"So, you've already experimented with 4,321 orcs and one Zerg?" Yan Jin was surprised by this number.

“Yes.” Bu En replied calmly, as if it were a matter of course.

"What about those orcs and insectoids up ahead?" Yan Jin asked curiously.

"Dead." Bu En's voice remained calm and indifferent.

"..." Yan Jin looked at Bu En and felt her scalp tingle. So many orcs, so many insectoids, all died in the experiment.

Bu En's expression didn't change at all. Was he born cold-blooded? Or was he so indifferent to life that he was?

Regardless of the possibility, it was chilling. Yan Jin disliked the Zerg's actions even more and became even more cautious.

These people are far too indifferent to life; the more calm and collected they are, the more cruel their methods will become.

A short while later, an orc was brought in by two insectoids; the orc was a lion orc.

He now looked like a lion, covered in blood, barely breathing, and on the verge of death.

Yan Jin looked at Bu En with a focused expression. "He's almost dead, how can we continue our research?"

“Please use this for now, because it’s winter and orcs are hard to catch. This is the only one left, so please make do with it for now,” Bu En said.

He didn't seem to feel anything about the beast's impending death; he merely frowned slightly in annoyance, but he didn't leave the area.

He had to obey the Queen's orders; he had to keep an eye on this human and prevent her from doing anything inappropriate.

The Queen ordered that this human be shot dead if he did anything wrong in any way.

Yan Jin understood, of course, that all her actions were being monitored, so she didn't say anything more and walked directly to the large lion.

The lion was almost half her height, its eyes tightly closed, its body covered in blood and grime. If it weren't for its faint breaths spraying onto Yan Jin, she would have thought it was dead.

Yan Jin placed her hand on one of his paws in front of him, as if taking his pulse.

After a while, the wood element began to circulate within his body, even though the pills could help him recover faster.

However, she was under Bu En's surveillance the whole time, so she couldn't take it out. Therefore, she had to use the most troublesome method to treat him.

The wood element gradually spread within his body, and slowly, the lion's weak breathing calmed down; it seemed that the pain was less.
