Keeper's Survival Handbook. Remember three points: If it wants to kiss me, I will close my eyes and accept. If it wants to touch me, I will lie down and play dead. If it wants to mate with me, ...
Fang Rong was one of them, and she deeply understood his unfathomable nature.
During their conversation, Baza remained silent, repeatedly expressing his gratitude. He seemed to have taken the matter personally, feeling that Fang Rong and Li Wenyang were helping him, and was therefore extremely grateful.
Fang Rong intended to discourage him, but after trying a few times, she gave up.
Bazaar is too stubborn. He has his own ideas, and no matter how eloquently he speaks, you still believe his own thoughts.
"By the way, Bazaar, although you have a mecha, you're not an Imperial citizen after all. Are you proficient in it?" Fang Rong asked with concern.
Baza nodded. "I've been secretly practicing with the mecha these past two days. I don't know what level I've reached, but I promise I won't hold anyone back."
He was prepared to die with others if things went wrong, and he would never hold anyone back.
"Hmm." Fang Rong looked at him approvingly. "Then let's set off."
"Okay," everyone said in unison. "Wish us success in our operation."
Because the spaceship is guarded by dedicated personnel 24 hours a day, it is almost impossible to board the ship without anyone noticing. Therefore, Li Wenyang has to impersonate someone else to lead them in.
However, if he walks past and the person he's impersonating also walks past, wouldn't he be exposed in no time? That's why they have to board the ship a day in advance.
"We'll send Fang Hua and me onto the ship today, and you can come on your own tomorrow." To avoid attracting attention with a large group, the two groups decided to split up.
Li Wenyang and Baza now have legitimate identities. If they disappeared together, it would only attract attention, since they are both people being closely watched.
On the contrary, Fang Rong and Fang Hua have special identities and cannot show themselves.
Their mission was to strike near the cliff where the fire dragon clan had been raided last time, just as the spaceship was about to reach it. The area was surrounded by mountains, and after the last landslide, there were practically no living creatures left. Lure the spaceship there and let it explode without any aftershocks that would harm the forest or the people on board.
They will throw everyone out before the sonar emitter explodes, leaving only an empty spaceship. Even if the spaceship explodes, it won't affect the outside world, making it the best location.
"Hmm." Li Wenyang stood up and walked to the mirror. The person in the mirror had changed; Fang Rong had never seen him before.
"marshal?"
"Hmm." Li Wenyang nodded, and his entire demeanor changed.
He was taciturn and expressionless. He had all his clothes buttoned up, his tie was tied up, and even his shoelaces were neatly arranged.
"The Marshal is an old-fashioned man, he probably has OCD." Li Wenyang would have been fine if he hadn't spoken, but his words gave him away.
He lowered his voice, changing his tone several times until it was very low, "How does this feel?"
Fang Rong had never met the marshal, but she could guess that someone like him, who had held a high position for a long time, probably had a domineering air about him, "lacking a bit of domineering presence."
"Ahem..." Li Wenyang cleared his throat, straightened his posture, and put his hands behind his back in a proper manner.
"You two are violating military discipline by having a romantic relationship in the military region. Guards, take you out and shoot you!"
"Pfft!" Fang Rong was amused by him. "You can go now."
"Let's go, let's go, that's enough." Li Wenyang pulled him.
Marshals rarely make public appearances, and even when they do, few people know who they are. The only difference is his noticeable white hair and the stripes on his shoulders.
Li Wenyang had made preparations long ago. He somehow got hold of the exact same clothes, and when he put them on, he really looked quite convincing.
Because many people in the military region knew Fang Hua and Fang Rong, and unlike Li Wenyang, they couldn't transform into other faces, they had to go wearing mechs.
Bazaar's mechs were temporarily lent out, and Li Wenyang will take them out later. Since they've come in, they should go out too.
Fang Rong was wearing a mecha, but the exterior of the mecha had been repainted, making it almost unrecognizable as the original. Of course, the one in the bazaar had also been modified.
The marshal, now transformed from Li Wenyang, easily infiltrated the area.
After all, he was a marshal. Although few people had seen him, not even Fang Rong had, his white hair was too obvious, plus the bar on his shoulder.
They let them in without even a proper check; some didn't even dare to look up directly, as if they were afraid of being shot if they looked at them too closely.
"salute!"
Wherever Li Wenyang went, everyone saluted him respectfully, completely convinced, without making a single sound.
Although I have never met this marshal, there are many legends about him. I heard that his ancestors were soldiers for generations and he was of great status. He was also very capable and became a marshal at a young age.
Because of his young age, he was looked down upon when he first took office. The four generals joined forces to ostracize him, but he only said one thing: "If you can defeat me, you can step down at any time; if you can't, you'd better stay put."
Then the four generals got beaten up, and the marshal, who was also vengeful, tormented the four generals for three to five months and even deducted half a year's salary.
There were many other rumors, and even though Fang Rong was already quite ignorant, the rumors he heard were enough for him to admire this marshal, let alone others.
The process went incredibly smoothly; the two successfully knocked out two people in the monitoring room and took their place.
Because the monitoring room is small, it requires very few people. There are only four people in total, including the day shift and the night shift. Two people have replaced the people on the night shift. As for the people on the day shift, they will be knocked unconscious again tomorrow, and then a parachute will be thrown down halfway.
Li Wenyang left with two mechs and the two unconscious monitoring personnel inside.
The two of them sat in the monitor, eating and chatting, watching Li Wenyang leave.
The operation went even more smoothly than they had expected. They probably never imagined that someone would dare to infiltrate the military region's headquarters so quietly and with an inside accomplice.
