A glitch during a system upgrade at a certain game boosting studio accidentally grants them the "Otherworld Boosting System." As long as they log into the system, the studio members will be...
"Why don't you go find a blind person first? You're just spouting nonsense!"
Rufis and Folken communicated telepathically, and they approached the Sangcang District at "lightning speed".
A glint flashed in Wang Xuefeng's eyes as he immediately noticed the two "uninvited guests."
[Wang Xuefeng: Watch out for thunder from the sky]
[Xiao He: I can sense it. These two are fine, don't worry.]
Wang Xuefeng: Hmm
Wang Xuefeng reminded Xiao He because their purpose was too clear. Their determination to seize what they wanted made him somewhat uneasy.
Layer upon layer of dark clouds had accumulated in the sky above Sangcang, making it perfect for lightning to roam.
The lightning that was on the horizon a second ago was right in front of Xiao He the next.
"Hahahaha! I knew it! Even a blind man could see I won!"
"You clearly got the Wind God to help you halfway! You cheated!"
"Tch, the water god isn't helping you, and you blame me?"
"Anyway, this doesn't count."
The two figures appeared and started chattering incessantly, as if no one else was around, leaving Su Mei, who was resting not far away, dumbfounded.
"These two people...are so strong..."
She thought Xiao He was already incredibly powerful, but she never expected there to be someone comparable to the pinnacle of power.
"Hi~~ Xiaohe~ I missed you~ Long time no see~ Can I have a hug~~"
"No," Xiao He replied calmly.
"Ah...please...give me another chance, okay?" Rufis looked at her pitifully.
Folken, on the other hand, observed with great detail.
"Do you have a partner?" he asked.
"Yes." Xiao He nodded.
"What?! Who?! Who is it?!" Rufis exploded instantly.
"Could it be silver?" Folken frowned, he too was somewhat incredulous.
"No!! You can't!!" Rufis roared desperately, "You are of the same origin! How can you be together?!"
"Why can't we be together?" Folken asked, as if he were deliberately trying to antagonize him.
"Because they share the same origin! The same origin! If they were to merge, this world would..."
He suddenly stopped halfway through his speech.
Then I carefully experienced it.
After a long pause, he suddenly gasped, "No way?!"
"You?! You two?! You're really together?! Then? Then what about the future...? Then wouldn't that mean..." Folken became more and more incoherent as he spoke.
"Hasn't this already ushered in a new century?" Folken looked at him as if he were an idiot.
"Ah—" Rufis burst into tears, clutching his head.
"No--"
"Xiao He is mine—"
"How can we let others get involved—"
"Can you guys stop making up stories for me?" Xiao He was slightly out of breath. If it weren't for the increasingly strange sound she was hearing, she wouldn't have bothered to speak.
"Isn't that right?!" Rufis instantly perked up, his speed like a Sichuan opera face-changing act.
Xiao He's lips twitched, and she said, word by word, "My husband is human."
"Human? Human?!"
The two looked at each other and saw the absurdity in each other's eyes.
"Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!" Rufis burst into laughter, almost squeezing out tears.
"Don't make fun of us." Folken shook his head, clearly not believing it.
"Now that you have decided to usher in a new century, we don't need to fall into slumber any longer. There will be plenty of time in the future."
"What time?" Xiao He asked, puzzled.
“Pursue your time,” Folken frankly stated.
Upon hearing this, Su Mei's eyes widened immediately.
She knew that Xiao He had never lacked suitors.
But it's one thing to be liked by many boys in the academy, but now even two unfathomably powerful masters are just one of his competitors?
She hadn't forgotten that Xiao He was Wang Xuefeng's girlfriend!
Sure enough, before she could even have a chance to question it, Xiao He spoke calmly:
"I'm not joking."
"I'm not only married, but I'm also several months pregnant."
"We are friends, that's fine, but please don't mention 'pursuing' in front of my husband in the future."
Before the words were even finished, the two of them were stunned into silence.
A few minutes passed.
“You…you…how could you learn Tyr’s ways…” Rufis really cried this time.
"Then, after your husband dies, will you still remarry?" Folken asked tentatively.
“He won’t die,” Xiao He said confidently.
"But even if you share your life with him, he will not live forever like you."
Folken frowned slightly; he believed that the God of Life couldn't possibly be unaware of this principle.
“He’s different.” Xiao He didn’t explain, but instead swung his sword energy in waves at the endless army of undead.
"Boom boom boom..."
Rufis hung his head and pointed casually, and the dark mass of soldiers instantly fell to the ground.
"Ah! Go die, go die, go die..."
"Don't panic." Xiao He changed the subject: "Even if there are three other beauties besides me and the Water God, you two can just switch targets, it's not a big problem."
The ten elemental gods are evenly distributed between men and women, each making up 50%, with five men and five women, which is quite humane...
"Damn it! Are these humans' mouths coated with honey?"
Rufis ignored him and continued to vent his frustrations like a child.
Folken, standing to the side, was equally unable to accept it.
Two of the five girls were abducted in the blink of an eye, and the perfect balance was shattered.
"Damn it." He rarely said the same thing as Rufis.
