Just then, the scene that suddenly appeared before her eyes puzzled her greatly.

She saw a strange light, as colorful as a rainbow, yet carrying a hint of eeriness.

The light seemed to have some kind of attraction, drawing her involuntarily toward it.

As she approached the light, she found herself in a completely unfamiliar place.

Everything here seems so unreal, as if it comes from another dimension.

Strange clouds floated in the sky, and bizarre plants grew on the ground.

“That’s the Temple of the Soul, where it’s said to cleanse the soul and help one find their true self,” Bai Yichen explained.

Li Xi's heart skipped a beat. "Could I go and take a look? This place feels somewhat familiar."

Bai Yichen smiled and nodded, then led her onto a small boat and rowed towards the island in the middle of the lake.

As they landed on the island and entered the temple, a sense of tranquility and peace enveloped them.

Inside the temple is a Buddha statue with a benevolent face, as if it could see through everything.

Li Xi knelt before the Buddha statue and closed her eyes in prayer.

Just then, she felt a warm power emanating from the Buddha statue, flowing into her body and making her feel warm all over.

When Li Xi opened her eyes, she saw Bai Yichen's concerned gaze.

"Are you alright?" Bai Yichen asked.

Li Xi nodded. Although it was a dream, she could still feel the power brought by the Buddha statue.

Bai Yichen smiled and shook his head. "This is your own destiny and fortune. I am just a guide. The one who can truly understand and obtain this power is always yourself."

His words were as gentle as a spring breeze, making Li Xi feel at ease.
