"Nothing is too much trouble."

Zheng Lanlan said, "It's all for Dr. Su's sake."

When she arrived at the Traditional Chinese Medicine Department, Zheng Lanlan saw an old man sitting on a chair, while Wu Aixia was standing aside.

The old man turned around and saw a person in a white coat. He subconsciously thought it was Dr. Su. When he looked up and saw the nurse's cap on her head, the old man's face changed instantly: "You are not Dr. Su!"

Zheng Lanlan rolled her eyes. "No, I'm not. I'm a nurse. Elder, why are you coming here without an appointment?"

The old man pursed his lips and said, "I want to see Dr. Su. Let Dr. Su come out, otherwise I will die in your hospital."

Zhang Hui and Wu Aixia looked at each other and it happened again.

This old man just shouted this sentence.

How can any doctor you want to see appear immediately?

Don’t doctors have anything to do?

It’s okay for those who eat out to think they are the boss.

You don't follow the procedures when you go to the hospital for treatment. Do you really think the hospital is your own?

Zheng Lanlan complained inwardly for a long time before forcing out a polite smile. "Old man, please follow the procedures for seeing a doctor. Register first. The Chinese medicine clinic is closed this afternoon, and Dr. Su is not available. Would you like to see another doctor?"

The old man glared: "How can that be? I came here just to see Doctor Su."

Zheng Lanlan continued, "How about this? Doctor Su will be here tomorrow afternoon. Can you come back tomorrow afternoon?"

The old man suddenly stood up and walked out, just when Zheng Lanlan and the others thought he was about to leave.

Then I heard a howling voice coming from outside: "Oh my, old man, I'm about to die, the doctor refuses to treat me..."

Zheng Lanlan thought to herself, this old man is really difficult to deal with. She gave Zhang Hui and the others a look and said, "What are you standing there for? Go out and calm him down."

While ordering them around, Zheng Lanlan walked out and saw the old man lying on the ground in the hall.

Zheng Lanlan was overwhelmed!

She and Zhang Hui went forward to help the man: "Old man, please get up first, the ground is cold."

The old man held the person with both hands, not giving Zheng Lanlan and the others a chance to help.

He was shouting, "I'm dying! The doctor won't save me..."

Many people stopped to watch, but no one came over.

If there was a commotion and something happened to the old man, they would be in trouble.

Just stand back and watch.

A section chief heard the rumour and hurried over. He glanced at Zheng Lanlan and said, "Xiao Zheng, what's going on?"

After saying that, he looked at the other two interns who had their heads lowered, and Zhang Hui and the others lowered their heads even lower.

Zheng Lanlan explained briefly: "This elderly man came to the TCM outpatient department on his own, but Dr. Su wasn't there that afternoon. I offered to arrange for another doctor, but he refused. I told him Dr. Su would be in tomorrow afternoon, and he insisted on coming tomorrow afternoon. But he still refused..."

The section chief nodded in understanding, took two steps forward, and squatted down beside the old man. "Old man, if there's anything, let's get up and talk about it, okay? It's not a good influence here."

The old man was difficult to deal with, shaking his head from side to side on the ground: "No, unless Dr. Su comes out."

Section Chief: "Doctor Su is still in surgery. How about this? You get up first and wait until she's done before coming back. You can't let her come in the middle of the surgery, right?"

Besides, the old man didn't look like he had any major problems.

It seems like he came here intentionally to cause trouble.

The section chief has dealt with many such cases. The most important thing now is to stabilize the person and take him away from the public eye.

The old man was persuaded to get up, but refused to go with the section chief and sat on a bench in the corridor.

Zhang Hui tugged at Wu Aixia's clothes, signaling her to speak.

Wu Aixia knew that Zhang Hui had just found someone, and now it was time for her to speak up.

She could only bite the bullet and ask Zheng Lanlan: "Captain Zheng, is he just sitting there? What should we do?"

Zheng Lanlan glanced at them and said, "Just do what you need to do."

After saying that, Zheng Lanlan ignored them.

Zhang Hui and Wu Aixia returned to the clinic and found no one else in the room.

Zhang Hui glanced at the door, then turned around and muttered to Wu Aixia in a low voice, "It seems like this hospital doesn't even need Chinese medicine. They look down on it, and they're so mean to us..."

Wu Aixia pursed her lips and said, "Head Nurse Zheng always seems to stick out her chest to everyone. After all, she's the head nurse..."

Zhang Hui: "But she's so flattering towards Dr. Su. Is it because Dr. Su's family is rich?"

Wu Aixia was puzzled. "This has nothing to do with being rich, right? Doctor Su is a very nice person. She's not strict with us, and she's a fantastic doctor! Her surgeries are all perfect. Our teacher used to use her as an example in class!"

Zhang Hui bit her lip. "Those are all plus points. You don't know who Dr. Su's partner is, do you?"

"Who is it?"

"Jiang Lin. That rich man, don't you know him? I often see him coming to pick up Dr. Su."

Wu Aixia hesitated a little: "Let's not talk about this. I don't think it's good to gossip about this during work hours..."

"What are you afraid of?" Zhang Hui scoffed. "Anyway, as long as you don't say anything, no one will know. Besides, we have nothing else to do. Don't you think this hospital doesn't value Chinese medicine at all?"

Wu Aixia didn't understand: "No way, if they didn't take it seriously, why would they set up a special department?"

Zhang Hui looked confused. "Because they want face and reputation! The Chinese medicine clinic was opened because Dr. Su cured a difficult disease before, so they opened it to get people to come here for treatment. But when people come, they don't issue appointments. They only allow appointments when Dr. Su is there."
