Upon hearing this, everyone was stunned, and their gazes invariably fell on the two girls.

Liu Jie smiled and extended his hand first: "Hello, you are really amazing! A teacher and a forensic doctor, plus your sister-in-law, a researcher, these three sisters are truly outstanding. Who would dare to bully you when you're all together?"

Zhi Xia and Yan Chu both shook hands with Liu Jie.

Liu Jie: "My name is Liu Jie. I am a geological surveyor and currently work at the Earthquake Bureau."

Duan Ye smiled and shook hands with them briefly: "Hello, my name is Duan Ye, and I am an engineer at Jinhe."

After a brief exchange, the group sat down.

The door to the private room was quickly pushed open again.

"Mr. Lin's takeout has arrived."

Lin Feng and the other two quickly stood up again to receive the takeout.

Lin Feng was mindful of the large group, so he ordered quite a lot, but he ordered a set meal that Duan Ye liked and noodles with soybean paste that Ruan Jie liked separately.

Everyone pitched in and quickly cleared the table, setting out all sorts of snacks.

Lin Feng smiled and invited everyone, "Let's eat and sing at the same time. If there's anything else you'd like to eat, just let us know."

Everyone responded and then went about their own business.

And so, the six of them drank, played games, sang, and made a ruckus until the early hours of the morning.

Duan Ye had just finished using the restroom and was about to go back when a familiar voice called out to him, "Master?!"

Duan Ye turned around and saw Bai Tang skipping and hopping over to him, coming right up to him: "Master! You're not sleeping and you're playing here?!"

Duan Ye was getting a headache from Bai Tang's noise, but he still patiently asked, "What are you doing here?"

She skipped around while drinking her beverage, saying, "I'm adjusting to the time difference. I won't sleep tonight, I'll sleep tomorrow night."

Duan Ye: "Okay, then pour it slowly."

Duan Ye even suspected that Bai Tang had been drinking alcohol, but it turns out that drinking a beverage can also make him jump around so happily...

Bai Tang hesitated to agree, staring longingly at Duan Ye until he nodded.

Sugar turned around and skipped away.

Lin Feng put his arm around him: "Where did you find such a lively and energetic disciple? He's kind of like you in the past."

Duan Ye gets a headache just thinking about it: "I didn't find it myself, the higher-ups just forced it on me."

Lin Feng: "I think this girl is pretty good, and she's not much younger than you..."

Duan Ye: "Stop it! If you're out having fun, then have fun. Don't try to set people up."

Lin Feng smiled again: "Okay, the most important thing tonight is to have fun."

Soon, Bai Tang arrived with the main force, including Luo An and several young men from the research team.

Tonight, everyone sang until dawn and got quite drunk.

Only Bai Tang and the pregnant Ruan Jie did not drink alcohol.

Ruan Jie said, "I'll arrange for a driver to take everyone home."

Bai Tang glanced at Luo An and Duan Ye and said, "I'll take my master and Master Luo back."

Lin Feng asked, "Do you know where your master and the others live?"

Sugar: "I don't know, please tell me."

Lin Feng: "You're a young lady, you probably can't support two people. I'll put him in the car first and give you the address. Someone will pick him up when you get there."

And so, Lin Feng had someone help Duan Ye into the car and put him in the passenger seat, while Luo An lay down in the back seat.

Bai Tang then drove off.

She first took her master home, then took Luo An home.

Around eight o'clock in the morning, Bai Tang drove to Duan Ze's house.

Duan Ze was already waiting by the roadside.

What none of them expected was that Shen Niannian also made an appointment with Luo Qingyuan today. Although it was behind Duan Ze's back, Luo Qingyuan picked her up in a Bentley.

At eight o'clock in the morning, Duan Ze should have already gone to work, but he stayed because of Lin Feng's phone call.

So, the Bentley parked at the corner didn't wait for Shen Niannian, but instead saw Bai Tang get out of the car.

Almost instantly, Luo Qingyuan saw the familiar face in the passenger seat. His face seemed much more angular and mature, completely different from the youthful innocence he had before.

Luo Qingyuan's eyes widened instantly, her hands gripping the steering wheel trembled slightly, her heart clenched, and despite her exquisite makeup, her face turned deathly pale, even her lips trembled almost imperceptibly.

She could almost hear her own heart stop beating.

Duan Ze quickly ran over.

Bai Tang opened the passenger door, climbed in, and patted Duan Ye on the shoulder: "Master! Your brother is here to pick you up!"
