The bricks moved!

The three of them immediately brightened up.

The bricks automatically dented inwards.

The floor then shifted.

A large, square, dark hole appeared before the three of them.

Visible to the naked eye, there is a ladder at the entrance of the hole, which appears to extend downwards.

"Great! We did it!" Bai Lingyu jumped up excitedly, transformed into her fox form, and darted downwards.

Mi Shan immediately said to Xie Ling, "Grab it and keep an eye on it; we don't know if there are any traps down there."

One wrong move and you could be reduced to ashes.

Xie Ling naturally understood. After jumping down, she grabbed the fox by the scruff of its neck and lifted it up.

Bai Lingyu was furious, baring her teeth and brandishing her claws: "What are you doing? Let me go! I came to clear a path for you, and this is how you treat me!"

"We're worried you might get into danger and won't have time to protect yourself. You're the least intelligent of the three, yet you ran ahead. What if you get caught?"
