Cheng Ying put down the teacup with a calm expression, "What Madam? She is just a toy for you to look at."

Meishu's eyes flickered slightly, she was not sure what Cheng Ying was thinking towards Liang Wushuang. Miwu said that the governor doted on Liang Wushuang and even ordered people to reprimand her because of Liang Wushuang.

"The governor has not kept anyone by his side for so many years. Miss Wushuang is the first one. Sister Miwu and I naturally have to respect her more." Meishu said softly, and raised her eyes to see Cheng Ying looking out the window with her head turned sideways, her eyes fixed on Miss Yujiao in the yard.

The little girl was wearing a scarlet brocade jacket and holding a snow-white rabbit in her arms, teasing it with her head down. Her fair and rosy face had an exceptionally gentle expression, and the corners of her lips were slightly raised. She looked so naive, innocent and clean.

"It seems that Miss Liu San likes these rabbits very much." Meishu smiled gently.

Cheng Ying withdrew her gaze, stood up and walked towards the Zen room, and Mei Shu stood up to see her off.

"Let's go." Cheng Ying walked closer and said to Yu Jiao who was squatting on the ground.

Just as Yu Jiao was about to put the rabbit down, she heard Mei Shu beside her whispering, "This rabbit is called Xiao Ba. It was the one that ran away last time and was sent back by Miss Liu San. It seems that it has a special bond with Miss Liu San. If Miss Liu San likes it, she can take it home and raise it."

Yu Jiao touched Xiao Ba's head. It turned out that it was the rabbit she picked up last time. No wonder it was the only one that came close to her among the group of rabbits.

Cheng Ying lowered her eyes to glance at her and said, "If you like her, take her home and let the servants take care of her."

Yu Jiao shook her head and said calmly, "We already have one at home that was given by the Dugong."

Yu Jiao then said, "Miss Meishu, I see that you take good care of these rabbits. Can I send the rabbit at home to you?"

Then one day, the teacher picked a rabbit from the litter and forced Jiaojiao to dissect it.

After that, Jiaojiao never raised any more little things.

Meishu looked at Cheng Ying in embarrassment.

Yu Jiao smiled and said, "It's okay. If Miss Meishu can't take care of the child, I can send him to someone else to take care of him."
