Before he could react, several men in black robes went up on stage and covered the box with a thick black cloth. The world was plunged into darkness, and Yu Wei could not see anything. He could only vaguely feel that the box was being lifted up.

The anesthetic gas in the box hadn't dissipated yet, and a wave of fatigue washed over him. Yu Wei yawned and cursed Lin Gu in his heart.

This jerk is so unreliable. It's been so long and there's not a single word. I have a reasonable suspicion that he's deliberately messing with him because he holds a grudge.

From the whispers of passersby, he roughly guessed that a tycoon had spent 100 billion to buy him, and all he had to do next was squat in the box and wait for the buyer to come and pick him up.

"You woke up so quickly?"

A soft, sweet voice rang out, and Yu Wei turned her head with difficulty. Behind her, a petite figure sat by the dressing table, with long golden hair hanging down naturally. Her delicate white hands held a comb, combing her hair idly.

"Who...who are you?"

Yu Wei grabbed the cloak, put it on, and slowly turned around, trying to curl up into a ball.

"I paid money to buy you, and this is your attitude?"

The figure on the dressing table turned around, slowly stood up, and gradually approached the box, squatting down in front of Yu Wei.

Yu Wei was stunned. Judging from the back view, he thought it was a girl, but he didn't expect it to be a very handsome young man. His amorous fox eyes seemed to be smiling at everyone. His red eyes contrasted sharply with his pale skin. His smooth golden hair fell naturally, covering his small ears.

"Otherwise what?" Yu Wei rolled his eyes and pointed to the small box: "Why don't you come in and try it out?"

"You're quite interesting." The young man smiled, crossed his arms, stood up, walked around the box, and agreed: "The space is indeed a bit small; we need to get a bigger one."

"That's not what I meant. Can you let me out?" Yu Wei asked with a pained expression. "I need to use the restroom."

"You can take care of it inside."

"No!" Yu Wei shook his head violently. "You might as well kill me."

"I can't bear to part with it, after all, it cost a hundred billion..."

"Holy crap, so many?" Yu Wei's eyes widened as he started counting on his fingers. "Twelve zeros?"

"Um."

The young man was in a good mood; he enjoyed seeing others act naive and unsophisticated.

Yu Wei shook his head and sighed, his face clearly saying, "This child is beyond redemption."

"I don't care," the young man tilted his head nonchalantly. "It's all my money anyway."

"You...you're the boss here?"

No wonder he paid so readily; it seems like the money just goes in one pocket and out the other! He even managed to get a freebie!

"Smart." The young man tapped the glass and beckoned to Yu Wei with his finger. "Don't look so sad, give me a smile."

If he had known that an S-class Alpha was this good-looking, he would have removed him long ago. How could he have let those ordinary people see him?

However, the beauty always had a bitter face, which annoyed him greatly. He spent a fortune to win a smile from her, but she didn't appreciate it at all, which was really frustrating.
