In the unknown century of Guangyuan, the unnamed galaxy achieved unification. To address population issues, a marriage matching system was developed, forcibly pairing people through data calculatio...
Yu Wei touched this outfit and looked at that outfit, but finally chose a suit that was easy to move in.
He might not be able to beat the superhumans, but he could easily take down those black bear demons outside the door.
After getting dressed, Yu Wei opened the door and greeted the person outside with a bright smile: "Hello."
Before the group could react, thick golden vines wrapped around their necks, lifted them into the air, and threw them out of the corridor.
After leaving the warehouse, Zhou Siyu made an excuse and handed the tray to a passerby.
The person wearing the black mask was extremely unwilling, but after meeting the deep purple eyes beneath the mask, he absentmindedly accepted the tray and followed at the end of the line with a blank look in his eyes.
Zhou Siyu pulled down his hood, lowered his head, and blended into the passing crowd. As he rounded a corner, he quickly slipped into an unlocked room.
"Who are..."
The man in the bathrobe inside the room gasped in surprise. Zhou Siyu reacted quickly, knocking the man unconscious with a chop to the ground and then hiding behind the door.
Hearing the commotion, a man in black robes opened the door and slowly entered the room. He accidentally kicked the unconscious person on the ground. Just as the man in black robes picked up the communicator, someone covered his mouth from behind.
My eyes widened in surprise as my head was slowly turned to meet a pair of deep purple eyes.
The surroundings turned pitch black at that moment, but his deep purple eyes shone even brighter, as if they contained a vast sea of stars.
Time stood still at that moment, and the man in black felt as if he had stepped into thin air and fallen into a world full of stars.
Zhou Siyu's lips moved slightly, and the man in black robes nodded blankly, got up and walked towards the door.
Led by the man in black robes, Zhou Siyu made his way to the basement without any hindrance. The guards watched the two warily and stepped forward to question them.
Seeing that they were about to be exposed, Zhou Siyu raised his hand and knocked the black-robed man in front of him unconscious. Before the guard could react, he took out the dagger he had taken from the black-robed man and stabbed it into the guard's neck.
He was incredibly fast, taking down two people in less than a minute. He dusted himself off, stepped over the two lying on the ground, and walked forward.
He hadn't gone far when a patrolling guard spotted him and questioned him.
Hearing the jingling of the key at the guard's waist, Zhou Siyu smiled slightly, raised her eyes and stared straight at the guard, her amber eyes gradually deepening until they turned deep purple.
The guard, who had been restrained, turned stiffly and walked ahead, leading Zhou Siyu through numerous obstacles.
The heavy basement door was slowly pushed open, and a cacophony of roars, howls, and sobs filled the air. Upon closer inspection, one could see many orcs, adults and children, locked in cages of varying sizes, all wearing collars and bound by chains as thick as an arm.
The cages were stacked on top of each other, and the stench was overwhelming.
On the other side, in another cage, were a group of ordinary Alphas and Omegas, naked and huddled in a corner, their eyes dull and lifeless.
In the middle of the hall were many glass cases, also known as display cases. In the very center was a huge water tank that was more than two people tall. The mermaid inside was locked up with her eyes closed, looking like a delicate doll.
Zhou Siyu couldn't help but move closer to observe. Her gaze followed the silky, beautiful fish tail upwards to the strong, slender waist, and then to the delicate collarbone. Suddenly, she met a pair of deep blue eyes. Zhou Siyu subconsciously took a step back, and her lower back accidentally bumped against the corner of the cabinet behind her.
Those deep blue eyes were ten times colder than the glaciers beneath the sea. Zhou Siyu felt a chill run down her spine from their gaze and it took her a while to regain her composure.
So beautiful! Those eyes are gorgeous, and her face is so delicate. It's a pity she's an Omega.
The mermaid moved her lips, her voice low, and uttered a few words that were unintelligible.
Zhou Siyu shook his head, indicating that he did not understand. Regardless of whether the mermaid could understand or not, he said, "If you are still alive when I come back, I will rescue you."
Having said that, he instructed the guards to try and open the cages that were holding the Alphas and Omegas.
Orcs are too difficult to deal with; it's safer to keep them locked up.
"You are free." Zhou Siyu jumped onto the crate and waved, his deep voice carrying a seductive undertone, like a victorious emperor: "Go, go and kill those who took your freedom..."
The fragrance of orchids filled the air, and the released people became excited. Their dull eyes instantly brightened, and their eyes sparkled with excitement.
A group of people burst through the gate like wild beasts and ran wildly outside. Because they had been confined for too long, many of them walked unsteadily, but they did not slow down at all.
Zhou Siyu mingled in the crowd and had just stepped out of the basement when he saw the fully armed men in black robes.
The cold muzzle of the gun was pointed at the only exit like a venomous tongue. Lakaya leaned casually against the armrest of his chair, watching the people rushing out of the exit with a leisurely air, his thin lips slightly parted.
Fire!
At the command, a dense hail of bullets tore through the air, sparks flashing incessantly.
Zhou Siyu hid around the corner, and a bullet grazed her face.
A tiny wound remained on her snow-white skin. Zhou Siyu frowned and pressed herself tightly against the wall.
The thick stench of blood filled the narrow, winding corridor. Those who charged ahead fell, and those behind continued to follow, launching wave after wave of attacks.
The fragrance of orchids once again filled the narrow passageway, drawing in those who had been hesitant to move forward, and they rushed out again.
Despite the overwhelming firepower, an opening was found, and more and more people rushed towards the man in black robes with their bare hands.
Blood flowed like water, extending into every corner of the passageway and the exit. Corpses piled up, almost obscuring the low exit. Fewer and fewer people rushed out, and the passageway returned to silence.
Lakaya frowned, stepped behind the man in black robes, and quickly located the source of the orchid fragrance.
