"You're almost three months pregnant. You should be able to tell whether it's a boy or a girl, right?" Shen Qiaoyue asked curiously.

Liu Xinlan stared at Shen Qiaoyue, smiling without saying a word.

Shen Qiaoyue didn't dwell on it any longer; it was normal that Liu Xinlan didn't want to talk about it.

As I turned back, I saw Li Qingming coming out from outside.

"Sister-in-law Qiaoyue, Sister-in-law Xinlan." Li Qingming was in a good mood and greeted them with a smile.

Shen Qiaoyue nodded in response, then asked, "Where are we going?"

"I heard the fishermen up ahead have returned from their fishing trip. I'll go check it out. Xiaoli wants to eat that fried crispy fish!" Li Qingming said, holding a bucket. He was thinking that if there were no fish to sell, he would go to the beach ahead and collect some seafood to take back.

Liu Xinlan couldn't help but tease, "Oh my, you're really good to your wife!"

"It's alright!" Li Qingming chuckled and scratched his head. "Mainly because my mom loves to eat it too."

I thought I couldn't say that Xiaoli loves to eat, because if others thought Xiaoli was a lazy woman who likes to eat, it would hurt Xiaoli.

"So, Xiaoli was just a side effect?" Liu Xinlan asked, frowning slightly.

“They all love to eat! If you like it, I’ll see if I have any extra and buy some more,” Li Qingming said.

"I haven't been eating fish lately." Liu Xinlan shook her head, feeling nauseous at the thought of the taste of fish.

Shen Qiaoyue shook her head and said, "I don't want it either, you go quickly."

"Okay, then sister-in-law, I'll be going now." Li Qingming happily left the family compound and walked in the direction ahead.

It takes an hour and a half to get to the beach from here and back.
