Chu Wuyang rushed to Jing Min's side, anxiously trying to help him up.
The moment her hand touched him
Jingmin suddenly reached out his blood-stained hand and firmly grasped hers.
The force was so strong it almost crushed her wrist.
The excruciating pain from his wound made him lose his breath.
But he still asked in a low voice, with a barely perceptible pain in his tone:
Is he telling the truth?
Chu Wuyang's heart tightened suddenly, his eyes filled with anxiety and worry.
She gripped his hand back, explaining urgently, her voice almost breaking:
"No, no, Jingmin, I can explain. Apart from having met him, everything else is just nonsense!"
Seeing Jing Min's increasingly pale face, her voice began to tremble.
"How are you? Hang in there!"
"He's trying to sow discord, don't believe him..."
Jing Min suddenly coughed, his face turning even paler.
But he ignored her concern and stubbornly continued to ask, as if there was a deep knot in his heart:
"He said you conspired with outsiders to kill me in order to get rid of me?"
Tears welled up in Chu Wuyang's eyes instantly. She shook her head violently, tears surging in her eyes, but she held them back.
"No, I never intended for you to die!"
The man's gaze seemed to soften at her words, a faint smile appearing on his lips as he said softly:
"I trust you."
However, Jin Zhuoer spoke up at the opportune moment.
A sarcastic laugh came from his mouth:
"Tsk tsk tsk, how can my good nephew believe just a few words?"
"He deserves to die at the hands of a woman."
His voice was devoid of any emotion, as if he were watching a farce.
"Miss Chu, really. Jing Min is definitely not going to survive, so there's no need for you to keep acting..."
Before Jin Zhuoer could finish speaking, he continued with sarcastic remarks:
"I can't even stand watching someone who's about to die being deceived."
Unable to contain herself any longer, Chu Wuyang turned around angrily, her eyes flashing with fury, and said sharply:
"Shut up, you bastard! Your stinking mouth will get its comeuppance sooner or later!"
Jin Zhuoer's face turned ashen from the scolding, and the smile on his lips vanished instantly.
He angrily tried to step forward.
But Zhou Heng stopped him with lightning speed.
Zhou Heng offered his advice in a relaxed tone:
"Calm down, she's just a young girl, why are you arguing with her?"
Jin Zhuoer's anger subsided slightly.
But the dissatisfaction in his eyes had not yet faded.
He gave Zhou Heng a cold glance, then suddenly revealed a mocking smile.
"I didn't realize you were such a romantic."
Then, he turned to look at Chu Wuyang, deliberately emphasizing his words.
"Miss Chu, did you hear that just now?"
"Young Master Zhou has always been protective of you and has been in love with you for a long time."
"After Jingmin dies, you can consider him."
Before he could finish speaking, Jing Min grabbed the gun beside him, his face contorted with a mixture of anger and despair.
He wanted to shoot almost without hesitation.
His weaknesses remain obvious; he hates it most when others mention Chu Wuyang.
Especially things involving other men.
Jin Zhuoer's words instantly ignited the deepest anger in his heart.
Chu Wuyang immediately stood in front of him, stopping him with her hand. She wouldn't allow him to make any rash moves.
She didn't know if he had made other arrangements, but she could tell that Jingmin seemed to be stalling for time.
If they fired like that, it would definitely result in mutual destruction.
But, to die with this kind of person?
It's really not worth it!
She turned to look at Zhou Heng, only to find that he was also staring at her.
The look in his eyes was complex and difficult to decipher, and the subtle emotions he conveyed made her feel an involuntary sense of revulsion.
The nausea rising in her stomach almost made her want to vomit.
Jingmin saw this scene,
His eyes suddenly turned cold.
Like a ferocious beast whose territory has been invaded.
He instantly pulled Chu Wuyang behind him, shielding her with his body to block all of Zhou Heng's view.
At this moment, Jing Min wished he could gouge out Zhou Heng's eyes immediately.
Zhou Heng, however, simply stood there quietly.
His gaze remained fixed on Chu Wuyang, unwavering and undisguised.
Seeing Jing Min's actions, a faint smile appeared on his lips.
We're both men, how could he not understand?
It just so happens that he is the one playing the role of the "intruder".
"Yangyang, don't be afraid, he can't threaten you now. Come to my side, I'll take good care of you."
Zhou Heng seemed to have completely torn off his mask, making no attempt to conceal his intentions.
Before Jingmin could speak,
Chu Wuyang poked half her head out.
"Zhou Heng, you hypocrite, stop being so disgusting! I don't even know you, don't call me that, it's disgusting!"
Zhou Heng didn't say anything even after being scolded.
He pursed his lips and spoke slowly, his tone gentle and even patient.
"Miss Chu, didn't you want to divorce him before?"
"I've always disliked his authoritarianism and coercion, but this time you can truly get rid of him completely."
He paused, then continued, his tone becoming more friendly.
“Jing Min has offended several Swiss officials this time, and some even wanted to vent their anger on their way here,”
"Come here quickly, lest you get hurt in the chaos later."
Chu Wuyang couldn't refute Zhou Heng's words; she had indeed always wanted to divorce Jing Min.
But these thoughts could not be known to outsiders.
unless?
She looked at Zhou Heng's gentle face, which now seemed utterly hypocritical and disgusting.
So he had such deep thoughts.
It must have taken a very deep, private investigation to understand her thoughts and life so profoundly.
