Upon hearing this, Xu Di's eyes widened in surprise, and he said, "Mother, how can there be so many symptoms during pregnancy?"

Chen Zhaoci said with a smile, "Every pregnant woman's situation is different, and the symptoms vary from person to person. You should take good care of Yuexi and chat with her more often. If she can go out for a walk, accompany her to help her distract herself. It will be beneficial."

Having learned his lesson from Chen Zhaoci, Xu Di hurried back to his own courtyard. Before he even entered the house, he heard a vomiting sound coming from inside. After Li Yuexi rinsed her mouth and lay down on the kang (a heated brick bed) with her hand on her chest, Xu Di sat on the edge of the kang and said to her, "Just now I went to Mother's yard and asked her why you were vomiting so badly. Mother said that you might be more sensitive to certain colors or smells. Yuexi, think carefully, every time you feel like vomiting, is it because of something you see or smell?"
