Chapter 42 09.13/The fiancée is tied up.
Chu Song's hair almost stood on end. She tried her best to step back, hoping to regain some of Fan Tingnian's sanity.
She lowered her voice, her tone even softer than usual: "You can't do this. If you have any questions, we can discuss it again..."
"Then will you marry me?" He raised his head from the crook of her neck and asked her while rubbing the skin of her arm with his fingertips.
“…” Chu Song felt that he was a little obsessed with getting married.
The man had very long eyelashes. From a close distance, his sculpted features looked even more sharp. His long eyelashes were half-drooped, giving him a gloomy and cold look.
"You promised me, but then you broke your promise. Now you can only stay with me."
His voice was faint and his tone was slow, and Chu Song's hairs stood on end when he heard it.
She shrank under his control, still trying to make things clear to him: "You may not have enough social interaction, so you don't understand. When it comes to sex... sometimes I can't hear what you're saying, and the promises you made... don't count..."
Fan Tingnian had already gotten up from her.
The man's long legs, clad in black suit trousers, knelt on the edge of the bed with one leg. He took off the watch on his right wrist and tossed it on the bedside table. His voice was as cold as before: "I don't want to hear that."
His tone was so frightening that Chu Song couldn't help but stop talking.
The room was so quiet that one could even clearly hear the sound of the curtains being blown by the wind. Chu Song lowered his head slightly, cold sweat dripping down his forehead.
The next second, she was picked up by Fan Tingnian who bent over. She closed her eyes and hugged his neck, curling up in fear.
Walking into the bathroom, the light was turned on, and the bright light shone down blindingly. Chu Song closed his eyes tighter, crossed his legs, and his body trembled slightly.
The man holding her paused for half a second, then held her waist and put her down, letting her step on his feet.
Chu Song didn't open her eyes. She felt Fan Tingnian take off the shower head and seemed to warm the floor before letting her stand down.
Then the straps of her skirt were undone, and she hurriedly raised her hands to cover her clothes: "I'll wash it myself..."
The man holding the shower head ignored her, grabbed her right wrist and pulled her right arm up, plugged the shower head back into the rack, and helped her undress.
As the water rushed down, she suddenly felt a slight tingling in her right arm. She tilted her head and looked over, then she understood why Fan Tingnian was holding her hand to help her take a bath.
There were two bloody scratches on the outside of her right arm, probably from when she was trying to stop a fight downstairs and was scratched by a branch.
As the hot water rushed down, the enclosed glass bathroom was instantly filled with hot and humid mist, which was sticky and humid.
Chu Song was stripped naked, while Fan Tingnian was dressed neatly, but his white shirt was wet and stuck to his body, covering up his muscular lines.
Chu Song twisted his arm and said in a hoarse voice: "It's okay, I can wash it myself..."
The man glanced at the wound on her arm, grabbed her waist and pulled her back, letting her injured arm hang around his neck, and continued to wash her in this position.
Half an hour later, this strange bath was finally over. Chu Song didn't dare to breathe. She lowered her head and let Fan Tingnian pick up the bathrobe from the shelf and help her put on her clothes.
Her ears and face were red, half from the heat and the other half from all the various emotions piled up together, making it difficult to calm down.
Her face was tilted to one side, her chest was slightly heaving, and she was breathing slightly rapidly.
The man who was wiping her hair stopped for a moment, then he raised his right hand and slowly scraped his index finger from her earlobe down to the side of her face.
His voice was still clear and hoarse: "Did I scare you?"
He's so scary, even the King of Hell would be scared by him!
The atmosphere between them was silent for a second. He removed his fingers and put the towel back on her head. He continued to dry her hair slowly and gracefully, without any regret in his tone: "But you lied to me first."
He paused for a moment and said, "This is your punishment."
And he didn't punish her more severely, which was already very good. He clearly wanted to kiss her in the bathroom just now, but seeing that she was scared, he held back.
"You did something wrong, can I punish you?" Chu Song raised his head unwillingly.
The man stopped and looked down at her: "Okay."
He pinched her waist and lowered his head, nuzzling her chin with the tip of his nose: "If I do something wrong, you can punish me however you want."
Chu Song was speechless. He really treated everyone equally.
After taking a shower, she was picked up again and walked back into the room. She was put on the bed. Fan Tingnian turned around and went back to the bathroom again.
The sound of water came from the bathroom again. She was silent for a while, got out of bed and opened the door, but the door equipped with an automatic system had long been locked from the inside by Fan Tingnian. She only tried twice, then retreated and looked for her mobile phone on the carpet at the head of the bed.
When she first came in, her bag fell under the bed. Now she knelt on the carpet and searched carefully, and found her small silver handbag.
She half-knelt on the carpet, carefully flipping through the address book with her mobile phone. After flipping through it, she found that the people who could help her now were all Fan Tingnian's "subordinates".
No matter who she sent the message to, that person would not be able to get her out now.
Her thumb paused on Shuang's portrait, and she thought seriously for a few minutes. Then her fingertips slid down again, this time stopping on Nan Ling's portrait.
She was so focused on her thoughts that she didn't notice that the sound of water in the bathroom behind her had stopped long ago.
"What are you doing?" A deep male voice came from behind.
Chu Song subconsciously put away his phone, but the person behind him leaned over and held down his right hand that was holding the phone.
She squatted on the ground, and in this posture, she was completely covered by Fan Tingnian who was bending over.
He pressed her wrist, glanced at her phone, and then looked at her face: "What did you want to do just now?"
"I...want to ask if Xiao Ai has finished rendering the final version of the design."
"You're lying," the man hugged her and kissed her ear gently, "If that was the case, you wouldn't have been so nervous just now."
She was picked up and placed on the bed. Fan Tingnian did the same as her husband, lifted the quilt and lay down on her. He stretched out his arms to pull her into his arms, locking her with his arms from behind.
He pressed his chin against her shoulder: "Don't run, I will catch you wherever you run to."
The bed in this bedroom was comfortable and the room temperature was just right, but Chu Song still woke up very early the next day.
When she woke up, the man behind her was still sleeping.
He seemed to be sleeping soundly, his breath spraying on her neck, his bathrobe was open, and his abdominal muscles and chest muscles were pressed tightly against her back.
The curtains were black and red, very thick, and not drawn tightly. A dim light filtered through the gaps, suggesting it was just dawn.
Chu Song looked around, trying to find a clock on the bedside to check the time. His eyes swept across the bedside tables on both sides, but he didn't find a clock. Instead, he saw his mobile phone.
She calmed herself down, turned her head to make sure the man beside her was still asleep, then quietly moved out of his arms, lifted the quilt and got out of bed.
Because she wanted to make sure not to wake up Fan Tingnian, she moved very quietly. The whole process took nearly ten minutes. She finally got her phone and walked towards the bathroom.
But she didn't notice that just as she turned to go to the bathroom, the person on the bed opened his eyes and was obviously awake very early.
Chu Song locked the bathroom door and found a low stool to sit on.
Because she was not aware of Fan Tingnian's power, she did not choose to contact Wen Yao. After thinking about it, she decided to try sending a message to Shu Ang first.
However, as expected, Shu Ang, as Fan Tingnian's "subordinate", had no right to ask about Fan Tingnian's private affairs. She only knew that Fan Tingnian took her away, and she didn't even know which room she and Fan Tingnian were in.
Chu Song carefully looked through her address book and found that there was indeed no one she could contact. She was not familiar with Manager Yang, and contacting him would undoubtedly be a trap. As for the rest, she didn't know Fan Tingnian's elders and her mother at all.
Her gaze moved down and fell on the dialog box with Nan Ling again.
After hesitating for a few seconds, he finally opened the dialog box and sent a message to Nan Ling.
Two minutes later, the person on the other end called directly. Chu Song was startled. Fortunately, the phone didn't ring, but she still quickly hung up.
The next second, there was a knock on the bathroom door.
Chu Song quickly turned around and found that the bathroom door was open. Fan Tingnian had been standing there for an unknown amount of time.
Chu Song was almost scared to death. Holding the phone, he stammered: "Why are you walking without making any sound..."
The man leaning against the bathroom door didn't answer, but just looked at him quietly with his arms folded. After looking for a while, he walked over.
He squatted down in front of her, took her cell phone and placed it on the sink on the side.
His green eyes fixed on her: "Sei davvero un maleducato. (You are really naughty.)"
“Che cosa dovrei fare con te (What should I do with you?)”
His tone was slightly low, and he seemed confused, unhappy, and with a hint of anger and loss.
“Don’t keep speaking Italian, I don’t understand…” Chu Song had already put down the phone.
"Nothing," Fan Tingnian touched her head. He glanced at the digital clock on the bathroom wall. "Why don't you sleep in a little longer? It's only six o'clock."
He lowered his head and kissed her forehead very gently: "Your body is very tired, it needs enough sleep."
Chu Song was indeed a little sleepy, and now that Fan Tingnian was awake, there was nothing she could do. She placed her right hand on Fan Tingnian's palm and was helped by him to stand up.
It was still early, and Chu Song fell asleep soon after lying on the bed again. He was tired and slept very soundly.
She slept until almost noon. When she woke up again, she realized that there was no heat source behind her. She rubbed her cheek against the pillow, opened her eyes hazily, and saw a man sitting on the sofa a few meters away.
He must have woken up very early, washed up, and was wearing a very neat grey shirt. He was supporting his head with his right hand, looking at her very seriously.
Like he didn't understand why she agreed, and now he was trying to find a way to escape.
Having just woken up from her sleep, Chu Song's mind was still a little fuzzy. She took a deep breath and tried to sit up in bed, but this time she moved her arms but failed.
She found that Fan Tingnian had tied her to the bed.
Her right wrist was tied to the head of the bed with a black silk ribbon, separated by a soft cloth at the wrist. The knot was complicated and tedious, and it was impossible for her to untie it by herself.
