The voice of sudden wealth echoed in Jiang Suisui's mind, "Suisui, it's back. As expected, it came back as soon as the villain left."

Jiang Suisui looked around vigilantly, but did not find anything unusual.

Everything around her seemed to be still, the entire space suddenly became dark, and the mixture of stench and coldness in the air hit her face. The sharp and piercing voice seemed to directly penetrate her consciousness and echoed in her mind, cold and with a hint of temptation.

"Who are you?" Jiang Suisui responded silently in her heart, and at the same time signaled Baofu not to make any sound. She wanted to test the authenticity of the voice.

"I am a friend who can accompany you throughout your life. As long as you stay with me, you will no longer be afraid and will no longer be troubled by those evil spirits." The voice continued, its tone gentle but making Jiang Suisui feel inexplicably uneasy.

This sneaky thing actually threatens my position. Jiang Suisui's mind was anxiously spinning with the thought of sudden wealth. "Don't listen to its nonsense. This must be a trap."

Jiang Suisui frowned slightly. She naturally wouldn't easily believe this sudden "good intention". "Only be friends with me? Why should I trust you?" she asked again.

"You are different. You can see things that ordinary people cannot see. We are the same kind and are born to be together." The voice seemed to have been prepared and the answer was flawless.

Jiang Suisui snorted coldly, "A coward who dares not show his true face cannot be my kind."

As soon as she finished speaking, the air around her suddenly became freezing cold, and it seemed as if countless invisible tentacles were swaying in the darkness.

"You will regret it. You rejected me and will face endless pain." The voice became sharp, full of anger and threats.

Jiang Suisui was not afraid at all. She concentrated her energy and mobilized the weak spiritual power in her body that had been accumulated over countless geniuses' cultivation, preparing to deal with the impending danger.

The rich man no longer shouted, but stared at his surroundings silently.

Suddenly, a pale hand stretched out from the darkness and grabbed Jiang Suisui's neck.

Jiang Suisui dodged sideways and formed a simple seal with his hand, slapping it towards the hand.

The seal hit the hand, emitting a faint light, and accompanied by a scream, the hand quickly retracted.

"Hmph, you only have this little ability, and you still want to scare me?" Although Jiang Suisui said it tough, he knew in his heart that this was just the beginning.

Jiang Suisui walked slowly forward in the darkness, taking every step carefully. She could feel that the evil creature was nearby, watching her every move, waiting for an opportunity to strike.

"Sui Sui, be careful on the left!" Bao Fu suddenly shouted in his mind.

Jiang Suisui didn't have time to think, and instinctively rolled to the left. A dark shadow brushed past her body, bringing with it a piercing cold wind.

"Thanks, I'm rich." Jiang Suisui said in his heart, then quickly stood up, dancing his hands quickly, muttering to himself.

Several shimmering runes appeared in front of her, slowly rotating and illuminating a small area around her.

Under the light of the runes, Jiang Suisui finally saw the appearance of the evil creature.

It was a monster with a blurry figure, shrouded in a black mist. Only a pair of blood-red eyes were exposed, staring at her viciously.

"So you are a guy who hides his head and shows his tail." Jiang Suisui said sarcastically.

The evil creature let out a low roar and suddenly rushed towards Jiang Suisui.

Jiang Suisui was not in a hurry. He injected spiritual power into the rune. The rune shone brightly and turned into a barrier to block the attack of the evil creature.

The evil spirit kept hitting the barrier, and every impact made Jiang Suisui feel a tremor, but she gritted her teeth and persevered, with beads of sweat on her forehead.

"This is not a solution. We have to find a way to fight back." Jiang Suisui thought.

She began to search her mind for the family magic spells she had secretly learned, and suddenly her eyes lit up.

Jiang Suisui crossed his hands in front of his chest, then suddenly separated them and shouted, "Mysterious Sect of Heaven and Earth, the root of all myriad Qi. All evils flee, demons are annihilated!"

A dazzling white light shot out from her hand and shot straight towards the evil spirit.

The evil spirit seemed frightened by the light and tried to dodge, but it was too late. The light struck the evil spirit, and it let out a shrill scream before its body began to dissipate.

"Is it solved?" Jiang Suisui breathed a sigh of relief.

However, just when Jiang Suisui was about to relax his vigilance, the dissipated black mist slowly condensed again, and was even thicker than before.

The evil figure gradually became clearer, no longer blurry, revealing its hideous appearance.

Its body is tall and twisted, as if it were made up of countless tormented souls. Its skin is a bluish-gray color and covered with strange lines, as if telling an ancient and evil story.

"Do you think you can get rid of me so easily like this, Jiang Suisui?" The evil spirit laughed wildly, the sound like the cry of a night owl, terrifying. "Your spiritual power is so weak, it's just a last-ditch effort."

Jiang Suisui's heart sank, but her eyes remained firm.

Bao Fu said anxiously in Jiang Suisui's mind, "Suisui, this evil spirit seems to be more difficult to deal with than we thought. We can't just fight it head-on. Why don't we go find your dad?"

"Shut up. Are you scared now? Didn't you say this is my chance to prolong my life? Didn't you say I can inherit the Jiang family's legacy?"

Jiang Suisui began to observe the surrounding environment, trying to find the weakness of the evil spirit.

She discovered that there was a space behind the evil spirit that seemed slightly distorted, and the dark aura there was even thicker, as if it was related to the source of the evil spirit's power.
