Chen Mu's mother led her son all the way to the VIP ward.

Chen Mujian hadn't arrived yet, so he started shouting.

"Mom, how much longer until we get there?" He was exhausted and didn't want to walk anymore.

Seeing that her son was losing patience, Chen Mu's mother quickly spoke up to comfort him.

"Mumu"

"Just hang in there a little longer, okay? When we get out, Mommy will buy you a toy."

Hearing her words, Chen Mu finally sat down.

Su Cheng nodded silently, then opened the door and went inside.

Ji Xuanchen looked at Shen Yanshi and the other person.

"Please wait a moment while we go in and report."

Shen Shiyi was taken aback by Su Chenghe's words.

"You're saying Shen Yanshi is outside the door?"

Su Chenghe calmly nodded, "Yes."

"But I don't know her." In her memory, there was no such person at all.

Su Cheng was taken aback for a moment, then, remembering what the woman had said, he spoke up again to explain.

She said her husband's name was Chen Li and her son's name was Chen Mu, and she came with her son.

After listening, Shen Shiyi looked towards the door and spoke softly with a calm expression.

"Let them in."

Su Cheng and Gong Jing left.

Everyone looked over when the ward door opened.

Su Chenghe and Ji Xuanchen locked eyes.

"The young mistress said to let them in."

Ji Xuanchen looked up at the two of them.

"Come in with us." He had to follow, just in case.

Shen Yanshi was overjoyed when she heard this.

"Okay, thank you for your help."

Ji Xuanchen led the mother and son inside.

When Shen Shiyi saw the familiar figure, her eyes showed little emotion.

"Please sit down!"

Shen Yanshi handed the gift to Ji Xuanchen and pulled her son to sit down.

"Thank you. I heard from my husband that you were injured, so I came to check on you."

Shen Shiyi smiled slightly after hearing this.

"Thank you for coming all this way. I hope it didn't interfere with your business."

Hearing her gentle voice, Shen Yanshi felt as if it were a fantasy.
