I rested for a day after returning home.

Li Miao began preparing her luggage to take Pei Huai home to see her grandmother.

“Really? I’m glad Grandma likes it. Li Miao and I will buy you another one next time,” Pei Huai said quickly, sitting at the foot of the bed so that his grandmother could see his entire upper body better.

"Miaomiao's boyfriend is really handsome," Grandma Li praised.

"Really? Thank you for the compliment, Grandma." Pei Huai smiled shyly. Hearing Grandma Li's laughter and praise, his nervousness eased considerably. It seemed that he had successfully passed the first meeting with the parents via video.

"We should arrive around noon tomorrow. Grandma, I'll go pack my bags now," Li Miao said obediently.

"Okay, I'll prepare a delicious lunch for you tomorrow," Grandma Li said kindly.

"Miaomiao, want to play? I just bought a cat toy, and I saw in the reviews that all the cats at home love playing with it." Pei Huai had already noticed the eagerness in Li Miao's eyes and took the initiative to invite her to play a game.

"Come?" Pei Huai extended an invitation.

"Come on then, I'm not afraid of you." After Li Miao responded, a faint white light flashed, and Li Miao transformed back into a kitten, immediately pouncing on the feather.
