National Physician: One Person Supports a Top-Tier Hospital

Why do experts and directors from various top-tier hospitals frequently appear at a community clinic? Why do nationally renowned experts and professors often visit a township-level health center?

Chapter 12 Instructions

"You said Director Liang just invited you to their department?"

Qi Yaping was stunned and looked at Yun Heng as if he were a fool.

"Yeah." Yun Heng nodded. It was indeed the case.

"You didn't agree?" Qi Yaping asked again.

"Yeah." Yun Heng nodded again, feeling so heartbroken that he couldn't breathe.

"Are you crazy?"

Qi Yaping herself was almost going crazy. Why was this world so abnormal?

The department director of the Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine invited a young doctor from a community hospital, a recent college graduate, to work in their department, but the young doctor actually refused.

Oh My God!

Qi Yaping felt that Yun Heng must be out of his mind, otherwise why would he refuse.

Not to mention Yun Heng, the young doctor, if she had such an opportunity, she would nod and agree without hesitation.

To put it bluntly, a community hospital is a community health service station, which is the lowest level of medical institutions. The word "hospital" is just a convenient name for it.

Generally speaking, there are two types of community hospitals. One is the branch of a district or county hospital, which is a registered community hospital. Strictly speaking, it is a subordinate institution of the district or county-level hospital.

The other type is a community hospital that is an independent legal entity, which is equivalent to a township health center in level.

If it's a branch of a county or district hospital, doctors at community hospitals, though mostly assigned and marginalized, may have the opportunity to return to the main hospital. While the second type is relatively independent, accepting only dispatches from the Health Bureau and dispatches from the neighborhood office, community hospital doctors have fewer opportunities than the first.

The West Asia Community Hospital belongs to the second type, which is an independent legal person community hospital. Generally speaking, when this type of community hospital was first established, the doctors in the community hospital were mostly former village doctors, public community doctors, and some who were sent away because of mistakes they made in large hospitals.

But no matter which of these two types, they are all at the lowest level of medical institutions, and strictly speaking, they are not even hospitals.

According to the national hospital rating standards, major hospitals across the country can be divided into three levels, and each level is further divided into four grades: special, A, B, and C, which are commonly referred to as tertiary hospitals, tertiary hospitals, etc.

According to the hospital rating standards, even the lowest-level Class C hospital must have more than 20 beds and corresponding staff and facilities. However, to be precise, the West Asia Community Hospital does not have a single bed.

The Xiya Community Hospital is just an institution similar to a medical aid station set up by the Xiya community. Although the health center where Yun Heng is located is not the only medical point of the Xiya Community Hospital, the Xiya Community Hospital also has two smaller medical aid stations under its jurisdiction. Each aid station has a doctor and two nurses, similar to a public clinic. But even so, all together, the Xiya Community Hospital does not meet other people's rating standards.

The Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine is a Class-A tertiary hospital in Zhongzhou Province and an affiliated hospital of Zhongzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It has a large number of talents and rich medical resources.

If the Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine is compared to a palace, then the West Asia Community Hospital is at most a toilet.

Now the officials of the imperial palace wanted to recruit this toilet keeper, but the toilet keeper refused. Director Qi Yaping was really puzzled.

"I think I'm crazy, too."

Yun Heng muttered softly in his heart, his heart bleeding.

It would be a lie to say that he was not tempted. After being initially driven away by Hong Shuangmin, Yun Heng also wanted to get a job in a tertiary hospital, or even a county-level hospital if that was the second best option. However, he had wasted too much time before, and after obtaining the simulation space, the panel only gave him a week to start work. In order to avoid accidents, Yun Heng thought about getting a job in a community hospital first, and then looking for another job while he was still employed.

But who would have thought that this damn panel would actually release the follow-up of the onboarding task at the most critical moment, with generous rewards and harsh punishments.

He even said to you in a very naughty way: Workers, workers’ souls, workers’ better not mess around.

I'm messing around with your sister.

After careful consideration, Yun Heng could only reluctantly reject Liang Wanming. At least at this stage, the subsequent rewards were really generous to him.

The time reward is 100 minutes per day, paid monthly, which is 3,000 minutes, or 50 hours.

It has been a week since Yun Heng started working at the community hospital, and he has only earned more than six hours of work. And that is under the premise that he was lucky enough to meet a patient like Kahn. Fifty hours a month, who the hell can just give up this?

At this stage, the importance of simulation space is definitely more cost-effective than joining a large hospital.

Just as Liang Wanming said, Yun Heng's current level is barely enough to cope with the community hospital, where he can have direct contact with patients. But if he goes to the Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, it will definitely be impossible for Yun Heng to be on the front line in a short period of time.

The Department of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine is not an emergency department, and to be honest, the emergency department of the Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine is really unpopular, not as good as the West Asia Community Hospital.

With direct contact with patients and a simulation space, Yun Heng can grow rapidly. This is much more cost-effective than giving up the generous reward and going directly to the provincial hospital.

Yun Heng's current plan is to work in the West Asia Community Hospital for a full year first, and then find a way to earn enough time. If there is an opportunity, it will not be too late to change jobs. At most, some time will be deducted. As long as the time is enough, it doesn't matter.

But even so, Yun Heng felt very painful.

Big hospitals have more opportunities and more resources. Who the hell wouldn’t want to go there?

"Crazy, you're absolutely crazy."

Qi Yaping didn't know what Yun Heng was thinking, and she was really shocked at this moment.
