◎Red bean bread◎

The two planned to drive directly to a nearby ramen restaurant for lunch. In order to avoid Liang Beihai's continued complaints, Luo went to get the red bean bread that he had ordered from the restaurant last night for Liang Beihai to have as breakfast.

"I've heard before that this place is collaborating with an old shop that specializes in red bean bread. I was thinking of having it as a snack on the way, so I'll give it a try first."

"You remember."

"Remember what? Remember you said you liked red bean bread?"

"Yeah."

"What are you talking about? Why don't you remember that I like eating red bean paste too?"

"You didn't buy it specifically for me, so why should I remember it? Stop the car, I'm going to buy something to drink." Liang Beihai also retorted him, and saw the convenience store directing him to pull over.

"I didn't eat a single bite, it all went into the dog's stomach."

Liang Beihai turned around and glared at him without saying anything, wanting Luo to realize that he had missed breakfast because he got up late.

"Here are some for you." Liang Beihai brought a bag of snacks into the car and stuffed a box of milk into Luo's hand. "Eat something now, or you won't be able to eat while driving. I think you have no appetite and don't want to eat. Otherwise, why aren't you eating bread while I'm shopping?"

"Hey, I won't eat it. If I eat it, I won't be able to stand on the high ground and criticize you for eating alone."

Liang Beihai opened a piece of bread and stuffed it into Luo's mouth to make him shut up.

The travel guide made by A Yu was pretty good, the itinerary and restaurants were perfect. During the period, Liang Beihai took out his mobile phone and sent him a video. A Yu was eating his lunch box at school, and asked Liang Beihai to stop showing off and not to forget to bring him some local specialties.

Seeing that the two of them were reconciled and had no grudges against each other, Luo De felt relieved. Liang Beihai cared about A Yu and his family, and he didn't want Liang Beihai to have any regrets about this matter.

When the car arrived at the port, there were almost no people there, so Luo parked the car and the two of them got out of the car with their food and sat on the steps to enjoy the sea breeze.

"We still need the sea." Liang Beihai sighed, leaning on Luo's shoulder. Now that the two of them have confirmed their relationship, they can be affectionate with each other openly and no longer avoid suspicion and keep a distance. Luo was very satisfied and wanted to tease Liang Beihai, but a seagull rushed over to grab the bread.

Liang Beihai screamed, and Luo hurriedly half-hugged her to protect her. Fortunately, the bird was a good bird and only took away the food.

"I should have given them some fries."

"What?"

"You don't even know. I really think there's a generation gap between us, brother."

"I don't go on social networking sites often, and I've been studying abroad, so I have even less access to the Chinese Internet." Luo doesn't like topics related to age, and he defended himself righteously.

"This must have been translated from somewhere else, how come I don't remember it?" Every time Liang Beihai mentioned his age, Luo would feel like his tail was stepped on, so he couldn't help but provoke him. But seeing Luo's frustration, he couldn't bear it: "I'm just teasing you. There are many things you know that I don't know. Don't always be so nervous."

"That's because you are young." Although Luo Di cared about this matter very much, he basically just saved face in front of Liang Beihai, and only occasionally revealed his true frustration.

"It would be boring if I didn't mention it. I'm six or seven years older than Ayu."

Liang Beihai hummed a song about sunset and poked Luo's arm, asking him to sing along. But when he saw Luo laughing at his tone-deafness, he couldn't help but punch him. He then pulled out his phone and started ordering songs for Luo. By the time they got back to the hotel, Luo's voice was a little hoarse. When he met a colleague and greeted him, Luo was practically speechless, with Liang Beihai chuckling behind him.

Luo, who had no sense of avoiding suspicion, pulled her over and announced their relationship, and she became as silent as a quail again.

The company was small to begin with, and the news quickly spread and reached Liang Beihai. Liang Beihai sat on the sofa, complaining that Luo had pretended not to know him at the company, and now he was being questioned by his new colleague and friend Xiaolin.

"You're so affectionate with that Xiaolin every day, I wonder how long you've known each other. And when I said I didn't know you, wasn't that all fabricated by you?"

"You said not to mention you or something during the interview, for fear that people would think I got in through the back door." Liang Beihai interpreted Luo's tone at the time in a sarcastic tone.

Luo's throat had improved slightly after drinking honey water for a long time, but his intensive speech was still a little hoarse. He tried to defend himself by saying, "You ungrateful bastard, I wasn't worried about you feeling overwhelmed. I personally went to pick you up for your interview. Zhang Xin knew it was you from the beginning. Everyone knows that I introduced you here, but you're the only one pretending to be clueless."

Liang Beihai remembered something and jumped up from the sofa, lying on the backrest and following Luo who was cleaning up the snack garbage he brought back today: "Oh, right, about the visa."

Luo paused for a moment when he heard this.

"My tutor said he could act as my guarantor and renew my student visa."

Luo wanted to ask if it was a hassle, but he didn't know how to start. He had also said that Liang Beihai could get a divorce once his visa issue was resolved. He was just taking advantage of the time difference. Liang Beihai wasn't a greenhouse flower that depended on him; she had her own vast world.

Luo's voice turned cold: "Well, what do you think?"

"I want to change my visa to a student visa first, otherwise my parents will find out when I go back." Liang Beihai's hand dangled from the back of the sofa, tapping it intermittently. When he didn't hear Luo's response, he continued, "But I'd better not go through the divorce procedures in the short term. I'm afraid the city government will accuse me of marriage fraud. What do you think?"

Luo's heart went up and down during that half minute, beating with Liang Beihai's heavy knocking, and at this moment he finally felt relieved.

"What can I say? I thought you were going to burn your bridges."

"Why do you miss me so much, baby?" Liang Beihai waved to Luo, motioning him to come over.

Luo ignored her and went to the bathroom to wash his hands before going to the sofa. Liang Beihai held his hand and put it on his face: "Why are you so unstable? You are unhappy now. Were you often like this before? Because you can't see the expression or hear the tone, you often use words to block me."

Luo did not answer, but just sat down and hugged Liang Beihai.

"I can be a little immature sometimes," Luo admitted reluctantly. "Someone once distanced themselves from me. I was young at the time, so I asked why. They told me that because everything was going so smoothly for me, I couldn't understand other people's emotions. Whenever something went wrong, they'd complain non-stop. Their troubles were actually much more serious than mine, yet I'd still bother them. But sometimes I couldn't figure it out either. I was afraid you'd distance yourself from me, but I still messed up."

"It's okay. We are together now, even though it's a little late. We can take our time. I also have many shortcomings. If there is anything, let's talk about it frankly and solve it together." Liang Beihai is not much more mature than Luo De, but maybe he is a little less lucky. He has grown rapidly after experiencing sudden changes in life in the past two years, and he has become the one who comforts Luo De.

"I'm not that bad. Look, the company is doing pretty well. After all, I'm almost ten years older than you and I've had more experience. Don't just think about things on your own. Let's solve them together."

"It's nine years, two months and three days." Luo De held Liang Beihai in his arms. Liang Beihai bit the back of his hand to remind him.

The two of them lay on the sofa together, and Liang Beihai thought that they had finally become the intimate couple he had been waiting for for a long time.
