Gu Xi: "You're very sensitive! That red light is because you're hostile, that's why it's shining."

The crimson gaze's red light was certainly more than just red light; its ability to attract hostility must have something special about it, though Gu Xi wasn't entirely sure why. Now that Little Fatty had specifically brought up the issue of the red light, Gu Xi understood that it must be releasing a particular kind of hostility.

Seeing that the little fat ball didn't respond, Gu Xi continued to persuade him: "Look, the red light is gone now, which means I have no hostility towards you, right? I apologize for breaking the ice and causing you to fall into the water, but you also cursed at me and smashed my boat, so we're even now, aren't we?"

The chubby little ball snorted arrogantly and said in a fierce tone, "Then I'll forgive you! But there won't be a next time."

Actually, Little Fatty went out without telling his family. He accidentally discovered this vast ice field. You know, it's hard to find such a wide ice field, so he wanted to practice his skating skills.

It was having a great time, but then it accidentally fell into the water. Even though deep-sea creatures aren't afraid of water, this was really a downer.

It had originally intended to teach this human a lesson, but since the human had offered it food, it would reluctantly forgive her.

But aren't humans all weak? Why doesn't she look weak at all?

The naive little chubby ball blurted out the question that was on his mind.

Little Fatty: "Aren't you humans supposed to be weak? You seem alright to me."

Its question piqued Gu Xi's curiosity even more: "How do you know I'm human? And not exactly weak?"

The chubby ball replied casually, "When I travel, I've met Abyss Clan members who really enjoy raising humans. Although the humans I've seen are weak, you must be quite wealthy to be able to raise so many sea creatures."

Well, Gu Xi felt she couldn't respond to what the little chubby boy had said. So she changed the subject, "You said you're going on a trip? Aren't you afraid of encountering danger?"

Although the question was asked out of concern and curiosity, it sounded to the little fat ball like the human was saying it was weak, and the little fat ball immediately became unhappy.

The chubby little ball roared, "Let's fight! Then you'll see how powerful I am!"

Gu Xi immediately refused; she didn't want to waste her energy on something like this, which wouldn't do her any good. Sure enough, no matter how friendly the Deep Sea Clan appeared, they were inherently belligerent; if a fight didn't break out, it was simply because there wasn't enough conflict.

However, she did think of a way to increase the little chubby ball's affection level.

Gu Xi: "What's the point of fighting? You seem to really enjoy ice skating, we can have a friendly spar."

She had just seen the chubby boy skating, and he was just skating around aimlessly based on speed, with no grace whatsoever. Although Gu Xi couldn't skate, she had a large group of humans supporting her, so she could learn from them later.

If she wins, she can teach the chubby boy to ice skate, deepening their friendship. If she loses, given the chubby boy's pride, he'll definitely be very pleased, which will also increase her favorability. So either way, the result should be a win-win situation.

Sure enough, Little Fatty was overjoyed at the mention of ice skating.

Little Fatty: "Exactly! What's the point of fighting? Those who can ice skate are the real deal!"

Gu Xi mentally gave a thumbs-up, said a few more words, and then brought the little chubby ball onto the boat.
