Survival, stockpiling, no CP, various fish, raft upgrades, ocean exploration. Starting with just a fishing rod, all supplies depend on fishing?
Selected as a "Human Pioneer" to enter ...
Gu Xi: Both health potions and intermediate health potions restore health, but their effects are unclear. Do you have anything you can trade?
Gu Xi has almost no shortage of supplies now, and she wants to see what the other party has before deciding what she wants.
Soon, the other party sent tradable items.
Lorraine: Shark teeth, shark skin, shark oil, shark meat, shark bone, aquamarine ore, coral steel.
Upon seeing the message, Gu Xi was completely bewildered. What were those things all about? Was this person obsessed with sharks? Could these things have been dropped by the fish after they were killed?
My God, if that's really the case, this person is wasting such a precious resource! All they know is that fish power is really useful! She doesn't even have anywhere to find sharks. And what are aquamarine ore and coral steel anyway?
She thought she had already been exposed to enough things, but unexpectedly, new items appeared. It turns out that people still need to socialize occasionally.
If you don't understand, ask. So Gu Xi directly asked about the function of these things.
Lorraine: Shark teeth, shark bones, shark skin, aquamarine ore, and coral steel are all materials I use to craft weapons. The other two are food.
These items made Gu Xi hesitate; she wasn't sure what she could do with them. After some deliberation, she decided to exchange for a little of everything to see what she could find.
But since I don't know the value of the items, I can only try them slowly.
Gu Xi: Exchange 10 shark teeth or 10 shark bones for 1 bottle of life potion, or 5 aquamarine ore or coral steel for 1 bottle of life potion. If you want the intermediate level, increase the materials by half.
Gu Xi had his concerns, and so did Lorraine, especially since they didn't know anything about the life potion. He could only try to trust the other party. A shark produces 4 to 7 teeth, so if the teeth of two sharks could be exchanged for a bottle of life potion, that would be pretty good.
Lorraine: Upgrade your trade: 10 Shark Teeth for 1 Health Potion, 8 Coral Steel for 1 Intermediate Health Potion.
The deal was quickly struck; Gu Xi put the item up for sale, and Lorraine paid the corresponding price to buy the life potion.
Gu Xi received the materials and began to examine them.
Shark teeth: Teeth produced by sharks; very sharp and hard material.
Coral steel: A special hard material found in the ocean, extremely durable.
Literally, shark teeth are considered a sharp, hard material, while coral steel is considered a hard, rigid material. Since both are hard materials, they can be used to build houses.
Gu Xi imagined that if her house were built using these two materials, the luxury would be no less than that of a lavish renovation.
However, she didn't have that many materials. With this amount, she would rather use it to make spikes.
Open the creation interface and select to use shark teeth.
[Spikes, Consumable Material: Shark Teeth]
[To be made]
"yes!"
The spikes began to be made, this time taking a little longer than the wooden and iron spikes. A dozen seconds later, the spikes were complete.
Gu Xi checked the properties of the newly created spikes.
Spikes (shark teeth)
Attack: 40
Durability: 100
Wow, just changing the material doubled the attack power instantly! Gu Xi felt the money was well spent!
Next up is coral steel. Once the material is selected, proceed with the fabrication.
Spikes (Coral Steel)
Attack: 35
Armor penetration: 10%
Durability: 100
[Game Tip: Armor-piercing attacks ignore defense and can deal direct damage.]
Upon seeing the new attribute, Gu Xi was filled with disbelief. So, the initial weapon crafting could be done like this?!
With spikes, what's the point of having other weapons?!
Seeing the properties of hard materials, Gu Xi suddenly had an idea. (This chapter has been read. Please click to continue reading the next chapter!)
