Yan Yirou didn't hear Shangguan Wu's voice for a long time, so she called out, "Hello? Hello? Wu Bao, are you listening?"

"I am here."

Shangguan Wu smiled and replied, "How do you want me to help?"

Yan Yirou hesitated for a moment, unsure how to begin.

The atmosphere in the dining room was somewhat subtle.

Shangguan Wu kicked Gu Yunzhen, signaling him to tone it down.

Didn't he ever consider the possibility that it might not be his daughter?

Gu Yunzhen remained unmoved by his piercing gaze.

Shangguan Wu tapped the table with his black pointer, glared at his third cousin, and gestured for him to take it seriously.

"Do you think it's easy for a pregnant woman like me to give you lessons?" Shangguan Wu complained.

Gu Yunzhen echoed her: "It wasn't easy!"

Shangguan Wu nodded in satisfaction: "That's why I'll only teach you once. How much you learn depends on your own abilities."
