Paranoid Possession, Lu Ye's Little Teaser is a Bit Sweet

On the day Lu Zheng met Qiao Zhen, his mind was filled with wild and unrestrained thoughts.

She was the untouchable dream from his youth.

She is also the existence he wants to possess n...

Chapter 105 I remember everything except him

"Mmm..." Qiao Zhen was so engrossed in playing that she stepped on the pebbles and rushed straight into Lu Zheng's arms.

Lu Zheng unceremoniously took her rosy lips, savoring the rose-like sweetness between them.

From her private room on the second floor of the teahouse, Mrs. Qiao could see the two embracing and kissing clearly. She couldn't stop smiling, and her originally pale cheeks regained some color.

She held Deng, the caregiver's hand, and said, "Little Deng, please help me make their marriage happen soon... Once they're married and have children, I can finally relax."

The caregiver, Deng, said gently, "Young people have a good relationship, and everything will fall into place naturally. The elders don't need to worry too much. Mrs. Qiao, please relax and wait for good news."

As Qiao's mother watched the two people holding hands and crossing the road, the phrase "a perfect couple" couldn't be more fitting to describe them.

The two rode off on their motorcycle, leaving Qiao's mother staring blankly at the end of the road, secretly determined to find a way to improve their relationship and settle the marriage as soon as possible.

In this way, my daughter won't have to live such a hard life.

In the city, Lu Zheng was mindful of the large number of vehicles and pedestrians, and worried about causing a traffic accident that could harm Qiao Zhen, so he maintained a normal speed until he reached the sparsely populated suburbs, where he suddenly accelerated.

The scenery on both sides rushed past, and a cool breeze blew on my body, making me feel no heat from the June sun.

Qiao Zhen spread her arms, feeling the whistling wind, and felt as if she was about to take flight, like a bird soaring freely in the azure sky.

"Is it fast or slow?" Lu Zheng shouted.

"Faster!" Qiao Zhen screamed.

Lu Zheng did as instructed and sped up again. Through the rearview mirror, he saw Qiao Zhen waving her arms happily.

Although the helmet covered his face and he couldn't see her expression, he knew that Qiao Zhen must be smiling happily. Thinking of her smiling face, his lips also curved up.

"Wow!" Qiao Zhen shouted with abandon, waving her arms like a bird flapping its wings.

As she approached the speed limit, her eyes couldn't even see the scenery on the roadside, but she wasn't afraid at all. She threw away all her worries and unhappiness, wanting only to be a free and unrestrained person.

With a shout, Qiao Zhen released her pent-up emotions and felt much better.

She hugged Lu Zheng tightly, and despite the howling wind and her helmet blocking her way, she still managed to utter three words.

The words she uttered, one by one, drifted away on the wind. Leaning on Lu Zheng's shoulder, she felt extremely at ease.

Seeing that it was almost time, Lu Zheng turned back.

As they passed an international school, Lu Zheng slowed down.

Qiao Zhen looked up and saw the vast private school surrounded by green trees, with beautiful scenery. A group of students were playing tennis on the court. Just looking at their youthful and smiling faces, one could almost hear their laughter.

She was slightly lost in thought until Lu Zheng stopped the car.

"How did you get here?" she asked softly.

She spent over a decade attending this top-tier international school in China, from elementary to high school, and developed a deep affection for it.

"On days like these, it's the perfect time to reminisce about our school days." Lu Zheng waved to her, signaling her to come quickly.

“But we can’t get in…” The school is very strict and unrelated people are not allowed to enter. Qiao Zhen jumped off the motorcycle and whispered to Lu Zheng, afraid that the security guards at the gate would mistake her for a weird uncle or aunt.

Lu Zheng took off his helmet, smoothed his slightly messy hair, and turned to look at him. "How could that be?"

Qiao Zhen stared blankly at Lu Zheng. His simple act of straightening his hair revealed his deep and three-dimensional features in the sunlight, making him incredibly handsome, even better looking than a movie star.

"Hmm?" Lu Zheng tilted his head.

Qiao Zhen laughed and said, "The girls will all be crowding around you later, thinking you're some big star visiting the campus."

Lu Zheng grabbed her wrist and pulled her close to him. "Then why aren't you sticking close to me and asserting your ownership?"

Qiao Zhen gave a soft snort and turned her gaze away, but the corners of her mouth couldn't help but curl up slightly.

Lu Zheng held Qiao Zhen's hand, and the security guard at the entrance saw them and immediately let them through, saying, "Hello, Mr. Lu."

Qiao Zhen asked softly, "Did you give me prior notice?"

"Um."

The two walked side by side along the tree-lined path, and Lu Zheng spoke again, "Are you still familiar with everything?"

"Hmm, familiar!" Qiao Zhen looked at the campus, which hadn't changed much, and pointed to a building not far away. "That's my elementary school classroom... and that sports field over there, where I won first place in the inter-school competition representing our class!"

She spoke as if reciting a familiar story, and the more she talked, the brighter her smile became.

Lu Zheng stared at her, his eyes growing increasingly cold.

Qiao Zhen was so focused on explaining things to Lu Zheng that she didn't notice the change in his expression.

After strolling around, they arrived at the wisteria trellis.

Many wisteria flowers are still in bloom, a hazy, pale purple hue, like soft clouds floating above their heads, dreamlike and beautiful.

Feeling tired from shopping, Qiao Zhen sat down on a bench and slumped over casually. "By the way, you go to school here too, right?"

Most wealthy families in Jiangcheng send their children to this school, and the Lu family is probably no exception. Lu Zheng is probably a few years ahead of her in school.

Lu Zheng shook his head. "No."

"Huh?" Qiao Zhen was surprised, blinked her eyes, and tilted her head slightly to look at Lu Zheng.

The drooping wisteria blossoms swayed gently above Lu Zheng's head, casting a shadow that perfectly enveloped his brows and eyes, making them appear even more unfathomable. Only then did she sense a chill in his gaze.

Lu Zheng didn't look at her, and asked in a calm and even voice, "You remember every little detail of your campus life?"
