Something's not right.

Lin Fan's heart skipped a beat.

"I woke up feeling groggy and weak all over."

"It's so hot, could I have caught a cold?"

As Liang Shaoqing spoke with a puzzled expression, he took out the cold medicine he always carried with him.

"Don't take this medicine yet."

Lin Fan quickly stopped him.

"What's wrong? If you don't take your medicine in time, how will you train tomorrow?"

Liang Shaoqing's expression froze.

She had already taken the initiative to make amends with him, so why was he deliberately messing with her?

He'd only be happy if this affected his training and assessment?

"If I'm not mistaken, you have a history of allergies, right?"

Lin Fan asked a question first.

"How...how did you know!"

Lin Fan nodded and said, "You were drugged, not caught a cold."

Taking cold medicine without consulting a doctor can lower your immune system.

"Drugs?"

Liang Shaoqing was even more surprised, "You drugged me? No wonder I felt so weak all over."

"If I drugged you, you'd be asleep for days and nights."

This kid speaks so bluntly, why doesn't he ever think things through?

"It was just the two of us in the room, so who could have drugged me?"

Liang Shaoqing was completely baffled.

"Based on my guess, it was probably a competitor who administered the drug."

"When I came back, I could smell something was off, so I went for a walk to get some fresh air."

"I felt better just now, so I came back."

Lin Fan casually told a lie

However, this was a white lie.

Knowing the truth would do Liang Shaoqing no good.

"I was wondering why I fell asleep out of nowhere. When I woke up, I found the doors and windows were all open."

Liang Shaoqing suddenly realized and stood up, saying, "No, I have to talk to Dean Xia."

"Don't be impulsive!"

Lin Fan grabbed him, "You've made a big fuss and caused widespread panic."

This makes it impossible for everyone to concentrate on the competition.

He regretted telling Liang Shaoqing the truth earlier.

Who knew this kid was so stubborn and straightforward, he insisted on reporting it.

"Calm down and think it through."

"Let's talk about everything tomorrow."

Lin Fan could only offer advice.

"Okay, I'll do as you say."

Liang Shaoqing nodded.

"Did you have dinner together tonight?"

"When I woke up, I was told that the dinner party was canceled."

"They said they're fully preparing for tomorrow's training camp, so the trainees should prepare their own food."

"I've been so busy until now, I haven't had a chance to eat yet."

Liang Shaoqing replied.

"Okay, then I'll order something, and we can eat together."

Lin Fan hadn't eaten anything since he'd been busy, so he just ordered some takeout.

When the food arrived, he and Liang Shaoqing ate and chatted about medical matters.

The next day at dawn, Lin Fan and Liang Shaoqing were woken up by Wang Tao knocking on the door.

After washing up and going outside, I found that everyone else had also been woken up.

Everyone had a buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and then the group went to the training room on the second floor of the Medical Association.

Today, only Dean Liu Xingchang from the Third Hospital and Chairman Lin Xiao are here.

As soon as he sat down, he saw Liang Shaoqing walk straight toward the stage.

"This guy is really straightforward."

Lin Fan shook his head and gave a wry smile, knowing what he was going to do.

However, he did not stop it.

This matter might actually be an opportunity.

"President Lin, there's something I need to report to you."

Liang Shaoqing moved closer to Lin Xiao, his expression somewhat serious.

"What's wrong? Did you and Xiaolin have a disagreement?"

Lin Xiao noticed that his expression wasn't good, so she frowned and asked.

"No, I get along very well with him!"

Liang Shaoqing shook his head and hurriedly explained, "President Lin, I was referring to the competition."
