This is an independent female protagonist story. It involves rebirth, spatial abilities, hoarding supplies, post-apocalyptic survival, and occasional team-ups.
Disasters include earthquakes, ...
Li Ke sat there like a stone statue, still unsure whether the fish had actually entered the giant snake's belly. If they had been eaten, then the speed was simply too fast.
Before Li Ke could react, the snake monster suddenly nudged Li Ke's refuge pod with its head, as if time had restarted and the refuge pod was lifted upwards due to buoyancy.
Li Ke was also wondering why the snake monster hadn't swallowed her. Now that she was facing its huge head, Li Ke didn't find it so scary. At least the head of this big thing was better than that of the smaller snakes. What a strange thought!
These random thoughts were just fleeting ideas. Li Ke floated up a little, and the giant snake suddenly moved, its body coiling around and locking Li Ke's refuge pod.
Li Ke couldn't find a single fish he had thrown out of the net. Now trapped, he was wondering whether to press the remote control to start the explosion when he found himself being held by the giant snake and sinking downwards.
The snake's head kept staring at her refuge pod, and when Li Ke tried to move inside, the snake's eyes, which could almost cover her entire body, seemed to move as well.
But the giant snake still seemed quite calm. Li Ke wondered if it was treating her like a ball or cherishing her like an egg.
As Li Ke got closer to the underwater surface, he discovered that the snake's tail was nailed with eight or nine very thick chains. The chains seemed to be sunk into the ground, but due to debris, dust, and the snake's body, it was not very clear.
However, this also made Li Ke understand why the giant snake was guarding this place. The refuge pod sank again, and Li Ke saw that the snake had pinned it down.
Although the big guy was a bit pitiful, Li Ke still tried pressing the remote control button.
She had only stunned the fish, not killed them. Li Ke had appeared one after the other, and yet she hadn't seen them again.
Li Ke could only guess that they had already entered the snake's belly in an instant. Three seconds after pressing the button, the giant snake's body suddenly began to tremble, and then it became more and more violent. Smoke and dust rose up from the water, and Li Ke could no longer see anything.
She felt a huge ripple in the water, and the refuge pod kept rising. The giant snake, in pain, seemed unwilling to let her leave and swam towards the refuge pod again. When Li Ke saw its movement, she instantly entered the space.
Thirty minutes passed before Li Ke emerged from the space again. The refuge pod was rising in the water. Li Ke clung to the observation window and looked around. When he saw the snake's body floating motionless in the water, with black blood spreading in the water, Li Ke felt troubled again.
After she instantly entered the space and exited the refuge pod, she removed some of her external protective gear and then, wearing a diving suit, exited the space again. Now, disregarding her unease, Li Ke reached out to put the giant snake's corpse into her space.
He tried to retract the snake's tail, but failed. Remembering that the snake's tail was still pinned down, Li Ke suppressed the tingling sensation on his scalp and first collected the nearby blood into his spatial storage.
Fortunately, the snake's wounds were concentrated in one area, and Li Ke was now unsure whether the snake was killed by an explosion or by poison.
After collecting some blood into the mutated fish pond in his space, Li Ke quickly submerged, wondering if he could break the chains. Upon seeing the dozen or so large copper locks on the ground, Li Ke sighed at the simple locking mechanism and then took the master key and went to break them.
After storing the giant snake's corpse in his spatial storage and collecting the blood that could attract other strange fish, Li Ke released the submarine and continued forward.
Although the blood may not have completely dried up, it should buy me some time.
Finally reaching the giant ship, Li Ke submerged the submarine again and then put it away.
In addition to the huge anchor chains underwater, there were even more giant chains and nets hanging down. At intervals below the nets hung huge cages, inside which fish monsters were thrashing about. They had discovered Li Ke's submarine.
Li Ke retracted the submarine into his spatial storage and headed towards the iron chain. There were many delicate vines and exotic plants on the chain, but Li Ke simply followed the chain upwards without getting too close.
When her head surfaced, she was only about forty or fifty meters away from the boat in the darkness.
After surveying the area with binoculars, Li Ke found his spot, clung to the hull, and began climbing upwards.
Once on deck, the huge full moon overhead illuminated everything brightly, and there were also lights on the deck. Li Ke hid in the shadows, waiting for the ship's guards to come over.
Ten minutes later, Li Ke reappeared on the deck in a guard's uniform. The guard was of Western descent and was quite tall. Li Ke disguised himself again in the space to make the clothes look more fitting.
Li Ke couldn't communicate with this person, so she pretended to patrol on the deck, observing the arrangement of the giant ships. It now seemed that the ships were not actually close to each other. Even if she took all the people on this ship, the ships next to her might not be able to rescue them in time.
Within an hour, Li Ke had knocked out all the guards on the deck and stored them in his spatial storage. During this process, Li Ke discovered that there were also people of Asian descent among the guards.
The reason it took an hour was because the ship was too big, and Li Ke had already tried his best to speed it up.
Using translation software, Li Ke violently interrogated several guards in the space. After learning that there were approximately 10,000 people on the ship, Li Ke refused to continue.
After figuring out the composition of the more than 10,000 people, Li Ke killed the few people first and then ran towards the cargo hold following the route she had found out. She didn't want people anymore; she wanted supplies.
