Feng Qinghuang got off the carriage and told Rong Ba to go back to Mingyue Tower to rest first, and to go find him after she came out of the palace in a couple of days.

Feng Qinghuang patted him: "Little Eight, go back and rest first. Look at my cultivation level, who can touch me?"

Rong Ba was speechless; indeed, he couldn't even beat himself.

After Rong Ba returned, Feng Qinghuang walked to the palace gate, where she was unsurprisingly stopped.

Feng Qinghuang handed the jade token that Di Wuyou had given her to the guard: "I'm looking for Di Wuyou."

Upon hearing that they were looking for their crown prince, the guards respectfully accepted the jade token with both hands.

"Please wait a moment, young lady, I will go and inform His Highness the Crown Prince immediately."

Feng Qinghuang nodded.

The guard quickly took the jade token, instructed another guard to guard the gate, and walked into the palace.

Feng Qinghuang was in a good mood, but some clueless people just happened to be looking for trouble with her.

The one speaking was a woman surrounded by several other people; she must be the one with the highest status.

After the woman finished scolding the guard, the guard explained, "Your Highness, this young lady is here to see His Highness the Crown Prince."

Upon hearing that she was a princess, and quite old at that, Feng Qinghuang assumed she must be one of Di Qingtian's daughters. Her godparents were worried she might harbor rebellious intentions, as the saying goes, "One should not have the heart to harm others, but one must be wary of others."

I wonder what happened to that princess she bombed before.

Upon hearing the guard's words, Di Yilan laughed and looked at Feng Qinghuang: "Her? She wants to see His Highness the Crown Prince? How could His Highness know such a poor person? Could she be a fraud?"

The guard hesitated, "Your Highness, this young lady has a jade token given to her by the Crown Prince."

Di Yilan roared, "You dog of a servant, how do you know if the jade pendant is fake, or if she stole or picked it up? Did you send someone to summon His Highness the Crown Prince without even checking it? If this person is not a threat to His Highness the Crown Prince, I'd like to see how many heads you have."

Seeing that the guard had done his best, Feng Qinghuang pushed him aside.

He walked up to Di Yilan and said, "I don't know how this princess knew that I stole or found the jade pendant? It's laughable that your royal family's jade pendants can be counterfeited. Besides, can just anyone steal or find a royal family jade pendant?"

Di Yilan pointed at her: "How dare you speak to this princess like that, and without even bowing to her! You audacious commoner! I said your jade pendant is fake, and that's it. How could a commoner like you possess the Crown Prince's jade pendant? Guards, drag her away and give her twenty heavy lashes. I want to see who gave you the courage.
