Mingxiu felt helpless seeing Sun Xue looking somewhat aggrieved. They were still so childish, but everyone repeatedly promised not to say anything behind her back, and not to secretly deepen their friendship. Everyone was so kind, which finally allowed Math to relax completely. They started heading back.

After she went back, Mingxiu and Wu Qianqian stayed there for a while longer. Wu Qianqian had just resigned from her job, so she didn't have any work pressure. She could find a job when she returned.

Mingxiu and Wu Qianqian's main reason for being in the village lately is to help her with her business, since many things need manpower at the beginning.

Zheng Shuang couldn't find a suitable waiter to help, so Mingxiu and Wu Qianqian decided to order here first and leave after the crowd had passed, or after they found a suitable person to come to work.

"This is your room, everything you need. You can eat in the back courtyard. If you need anything, you can ask us at the front desk or make an appointment to come to the front courtyard," Mingxiu said as she led the young couple to their room.

"Okay, thank you," the two young people quickly said.

Mingxiu nodded with a smile, then handed them the room key and left first.

They ran into Wu Qianqian on their way back, and both of them breathed a long sigh of relief. They wondered if it was because Zheng Shuang's video was so successful that so many people came, and their rooms were completely booked. Of course, apart from Mingxiu and Wu Qianqian's rooms, all the other rooms were full.

"Luckily, none of the people staying here are particularly difficult, otherwise all this work would be too tiring," Wu Qianqian said, rubbing her shoulders with a hint of helplessness.

Mingxiu nodded. She wondered if Zheng Shuang had considered this issue beforehand. With so many people, it seemed like she might not be able to handle it all by herself. Mingxiu and a few friends stayed at Zheng Shuang's place for a few days until his wave of visitors subsided before returning. After all, Kangxi was still in Hengdian, and Mingxiu was worried about him being alone there.

That day, Mingxiu woke up early in the morning and touched her stomach, which made her feel a little nauseous. She thought about when her period had started recently. She was not an inexperienced young girl. She had been through it once and had given birth, so she knew very well that she was probably pregnant.

Mingxiu touched her belly. They hadn't used contraception since they decided to have a child, so they were naturally happy about the baby's arrival. Mingxiu got up and cooked herself some millet porridge and steamed some buns. Then she ordered several pregnancy tests from different brands on a food delivery platform and started eating breakfast. Just after she finished eating, the things she ordered arrived.

Mingxiu took several pregnancy tests and tested them all. Sure enough, each one showed two lines. Mingxiu exclaimed twice, "Not bad, not bad!"
