New book is open: "Qing Dynasty Transmigration: Fourth Master's Beloved Consort", welcoming new and old friends to follow.
Before transmigration, Lin Mengyao was a leftover woman ...
Pichu nodded and said to Xueying, "Master saved Pichu, so you are now Pichu's master."
Xueying was both amused and exasperated. Looking at this tall and strong child who was only thirteen years old, she didn't know how to handle him.
"Don't you have any other relatives? Where is your father?" Xueying asked.
“Father has also died in battle. Master, Pichu is very good and can do many things,” Pichu said.
Xueying's heart softened slightly. So he was an orphan. She thought for a moment and said, "Then you can stay with me, but you must obey me. If I discover you have other plans, I won't be able to protect your life!" Xueying thought for a moment and said, "I hate being deceived the most!"
When she said those words, Xueying's eyes revealed an undeniable aura.
“Master, the Huns value integrity above all else. You saved Pichu, and from now on, Pichu’s life belongs to you.” Pichu raised a hand to his chest and said, “I, Pichu, swear to Allah that I will never do anything to betray you.”
"Alright, you'll be my attendant from now on. Now, could you tidy yourself up and tie your hair up? Will you be wearing our clothes from now on?" Xueying asked.
“As you command, Master,” Pichu said. “Pichu’s mother is Han Chinese.”
Xueying nodded. Although he was only thirteen years old, he was still a boy, so Xueying planned to discuss with Hongli and ask him to get the boy another set of clothes to wear.
"You stay outside the tent and keep watch for me. Understand?" Xueying said.
Pichu nodded immediately and went out to guard the gate for Xueying.
Xueying finally breathed a sigh of relief and lay on the bed, pondering how to tell Hongli about the Xiongnu child.
Gradually, her eyelids began to droop, and she eventually drifted off to sleep.
"Who are you? What are you doing here?" After discussing matters in the general's camp, Hongli came to check if Xueying had gone to the right tent, and that's when he discovered Pichu.
“I am my master’s servant, and my master has instructed me to stay here,” Pichoo answered honestly.
"Who is your master?" Hongli asked, frowning as he looked at him.
"The person who saved Pichu is inside," Pichu said fiercely, staring at Hongli.
Hongli looked at the man in surprise, then remembered that he was the foreigner that Xueying had saved with the treasured sword.
"Get out of the way, I want to go in," Hongli said, glaring at him.
“My master said no one is allowed into this tent,” Pichu insisted, remaining adamant. It turned out that Snowsakura had indeed instructed Pichu not to let anyone in while she slept.
Hongli stared blankly at Piqiu, then angrily said, "She is my concubine, and I can't even go in?"
Pichu shook his head again, but in his heart he was thinking, "What is a concubine?"
"Pichu, let Prince Prince in!" Xueying was awakened by the conversation between the two people outside the tent. After recognizing Hongli's voice, she quickly said.
"Your Highness, please come in." Pichu then stepped aside to let Hongli in.
Hongli entered the tent and saw Xueying getting dressed by herself.
"Why did you bring this foreigner to your side?" Hongli asked, frowning. "He looks like a clumsy bear."
“My lord, it wasn’t me who brought him here. He said I saved him, and he’s been following me ever since. He’s an orphan and has nowhere else to go,” Xueying said.
“But he is a foreigner, and a man at that. How can you keep such a person by your side?” Hongli said angrily.
