Su Peisheng left the private room again, where the servant was still waiting.

The servant asked, "So, what did your master say?"

Su Peisheng pointed to the tray being carried by the person behind him and asked, "Are any of these the jewelry that your wife wants?"

The servant looked carefully but didn't see it.

The servant said disappointedly, "They don't have the set that our Lady Princess likes."

Su Peisheng exclaimed "Oh dear!" and said, "I'm really sorry, but the master left behind all the jewelry that I didn't bring with me. They were all styles that the master liked. I'm afraid I can't do anything about it."

The servant sighed, said a few words, and went back.

Back in the private room, the servant looked dejected and said, "Madam, I didn't agree on that set of jewelry."

Shuyuan remained silent, but her maid Qiuhua spoke up, "What use are you? You can't even do this simple thing right. Did you mention the Prince Gong's residence?"

The servant shuddered, then shook his head: "It wasn't mentioned."

Qiu Hua said sternly, "You didn't mention it, yet you have the nerve to say it? If you had, people would have disrespected the Prince's Mansion. You're a brainless idiot..."

Before Qiu Hua could say anything more, Shu Yuan said calmly, "Qiu Hua, that's enough."

When Qiu Hua saw that her master had spoken, she fell silent.

Shuyuan then slowly asked, "Has anyone inquired about who bought that set of jewelry?"

The servant had actually intended to inquire, but when he saw Su Peisheng, he was somewhat intimidated. He didn't understand what it meant to have an imposing aura, but he didn't dare to ask too many questions when he looked at Su Peisheng.

He shook his head: "This servant couldn't find out."

Shuyuan took a sip of tea and said, "Then go and inquire again! What are you standing there for?"

The servant knocked on the door, and this time he was a little more polite than the first time.

Su Peisheng opened the door and then saw Shuyuan.
