"A Chinese classics competition during my first year of high school."
A Chinese classics competition during my first year of high school!
That was her opportunity back then, but she gave it up and let Tang Tongyang have it. How come Tang Tongyang is now able to participate in the Chinese Poetry Competition because of that competition?!
Even Tang Nuoyu knew how famous the Chinese Poetry Competition was. It was an officially supported program that was loved by people all over the country, and it was an excellent way for her to become famous through official channels!
But she gave up herself?!
Tang Nuoyu's smile looked more like a grimace.
She had considered participating in this competition, but didn't know the preliminary selection process. She had dreamed of traditional Chinese culture competitions and poetry competitions, but how were these two related?
Why Tang Tongyang?!
Why not myself!
If you have precognitive dreams, you are the most amazing person, and you are the one who deserves to succeed!
Tang Nuoyu felt like she was going a little crazy; she felt that the laughter and chatter of her classmates around her were mocking her.
They were saying, "Tang Tongyang is so amazing, Tang Nuoyu is so pitiful." Tang Tongyang's figure flickered in front of her, a mocking smile on his face. She looked down; the table was covered with test papers, all blank, with red crosses everywhere...
"Get out of here! Get out of here! Get out!"
She clenched her fists and screamed, kicking the table wildly. She screamed and shouted as if venting her anger, covering her head and jumping up, trying to shout out the depression and anger in her heart.
"They're mine! They're all mine! These should all be mine! These must be mine!"
"Tang Nuoyu!"
A loud crack followed by a burning pain on my cheek.
Tang Nuoyu stared blankly for a long time before slowly raising her head.
The teacher stood in front of her, panting heavily, with her hand raised high. Tang Nuoyu touched her cheek; it was red, swollen, and stinging.
It was obvious that the teacher had slapped her hard.
Why did the teacher hit her?
She looked to the side again.
The students stood at the corner of the wall and the doorway, looking at her with surprise and uncertainty.
The table in front of her was overturned, books and workbooks were torn to shreds and scattered everywhere, the classroom TV screen was broken, and a stool lay on the floor.
What's wrong with her?
Tang Nuoyu thought blankly.
Did she do all of this?
How could she have done this?!
No, impossible.
No
Tang Nuoyu was diagnosed with schizophrenia.
"...Schizophrenia is a severe mental illness with an unknown cause. Clinically, it often manifests as a syndrome with varying symptoms. This is common knowledge, you should know that, right?"
The doctor put down his pen. Professor Tang and his wife's faces turned slightly pale. The class teacher stood anxiously to the side, conflicted.
After shouting inexplicably in the classroom, Tang Nuoyu suddenly fainted. The teacher and classmates had no choice but to call an ambulance. On the way, Tang Nuoyu remained unconscious, muttering things like, "I knew it wasn't true," "It shouldn't have happened, it's all my fault," and "Tang Tongyang deserves to die, why didn't I kill Tang Tongyang sooner!"
Everyone was stunned and terrified upon hearing the sound, and almost wanted to call the police. After barely managing to calm themselves down, Tang Nuoyu was taken to the emergency room. Not long after, the hospital called a neurology specialist.
After a diagnosis, the expert doctor sighed and called in Professor Tang and his wife.
"This little girl has obvious auditory and visual hallucinations, as well as severe primary delusions. Her thinking and emotions are distorted. She has obvious emotional apathy and is paranoid, with a strong tendency to attack."
The homeroom teacher quickly asked, "What's going on? Will she still be able to go to school?"
