Jun Qi's appetite has been poor during this period.

However, he didn't tell Xu Qiaoqiao about this; he just said it was because his teeth weren't working properly, and he didn't want Xu Qiaoqiao to worry too much.

Then, I kept putting it off until now. I have a poor appetite, lack of sleep, and my mental state is terrible.

At first, it was because his teeth weren't doing well, and he would always feel a dull pain when biting into bamboo. So gradually, he ate less. Food provides energy, and without the supply of food, Junqi's spirits immediately waned.

This made it impossible for Xu Qiaoqiao not to notice.

Seeing how tired Jun Qi looked, Xu Qiaoqiao felt extremely nervous, and several worst-case scenarios flashed through her mind.

She and Junjun are both so old, they must take good care of themselves and not have any accidents.

She silently recited it to herself, then slowly moved forward, wanting to take a closer look at Jun Qi's appearance.

"Ugh."

Xu Qiaoqiao gripped Jun Qi's arm tightly. She could see the weariness hidden in his eyes, as if he hadn't rested in a long time. What was wrong with Jun Jun?

Her beautiful eyes quickly filled with tears; she was terrified, as if the tears were about to leap out of her throat.

When Xu Qiaoqiao looked at him with worried eyes, Jun Qi nervously swallowed. He blinked and suddenly thought of something: he couldn't let Xiong Xiong worry, at least not now.

So Jun Qi didn't say anything, but just ate his food in front of her, and after he finished eating, he rubbed his chubby head and kissed him as usual.

"Oh dear." It's alright, look at me, I'm perfectly fine.

Jun Qi blinked, holding back the tears that were about to fall, and steadied his trembling hands that were shaking with pain.

Fortunately, the light was dim, and even if Xu Qiaoqiao realized something was wrong after being rubbed by Jun Qi, she would quickly forget about it.

With the other party's deliberate indulgence, Xu Qiaoqiao suddenly pinned Jun Qi to the ground.

"Ugh!"

Today, Jun Qi put all his energy into playing with Xu Qiaoqiao for an entire afternoon. In the middle of the day, when the little bear cubs woke up and saw the scene, they all joined in.

When Xu Qiaoqiao got tired of playing, she lay in Jun Qi's arms, looking at the moon outside the window, counting the stars, and muttering some words. It was unclear what she was saying, but Jun Qi listened quietly to Xu Qiaoqiao's cries.

She slowly drifted off to sleep.

Jun Qi looked at Xu Qiaoqiao as she fell asleep, and gently stroked the fur on her head and her soft ears with his paw.

"Eek." Qiao Qiao.

He let out a soft cry, then bent down and kissed Xu Qiaoqiao's eyes.

My tooth hurts, and I can't sleep at all right now.

The wind and snow were still falling outside. The snow hadn't stopped for the past few days. The wind howled incessantly outside the window. Jun Qi sat in the darkness, holding Xu Qiaoqiao in his arms, his eyes revealing his weariness. He seemed lost in thought.

A few snowflakes landed on his nose, melting into water, a cool and refreshing sensation.

Jun Qi blinked, hugged Xu Qiaoqiao tighter, closed his eyes, and thought he should go to sleep now, as the pain from his toothache was keeping him awake.

And so Jun Qi sat there blankly until dawn the next day.

Xu Qiaoqiao knows firsthand that she doesn't like to move around in winter, except when playing in the snow.

At first, Xu Qiaoqiao thought it was because of the bad weather and low temperature. Pandas are a type of bear, and in her understanding, bears are animals that hibernate, but she wasn't entirely sure.

Moreover, as she got older, her appetite gradually decreased, and she assumed that Jun Qi was in the same situation as her.

Given that Jun Qi acted so normally in front of her last time and even played around with her for an entire afternoon, she completely ignored the problem.

The snow has stopped, the temperature is starting to rise, winter is coming to an end, early spring is here, and white snow can be seen scattered on the ground everywhere.

Jun Qi only ate a few bamboo stalks, a pitifully small amount. There were cameras filming the whole thing, and it wasn't until the zookeepers took him away for a checkup that Xu Qiaoqiao realized Jun Qi might be sick.

She lay on the other side of the cage, watching Jun Qi's tired figure being taken away by the zookeepers in a small cart. He didn't resist at all during the process, nor did he make any noise, except for the claws that were tightly gripping the bars, which showed that he didn't want to be taken away.

"Eek!"

Xu Qiaoqiao started screaming, startling the little ones who were still resting nearby.

Something must have happened to Junjun.

And it's not small either.

Xu Qiaoqiao's heart immediately clenched. Without thinking much, she reached for the lock. Surprisingly, it was locked today. Xu Qiaoqiao immediately looked at Xiao Jing, her eyes filled with shock lingering after her distress.

You actually locked it up??

Xiaojing, you've changed!

Xiao Jing was also heartbroken. Every year, giant pandas die at the base, and she knew Qiao Qiao's current state all too well. Xiao Jing had the deepest affection for Er Ya and Qiao Qiao, treating them like family.

Xiao Jing looked down and met Xu Qiaoqiao's tearful eyes. Suddenly, she felt a little stifled. She sighed and reached out to touch the other's head, but Xu Qiaoqiao seemed to be angry with her. She lowered her body and avoided her touch.

"Never mind." Xiao Jing looked at Xu Qiaoqiao's indifferent attitude and knew that the other party must have realized something, otherwise she wouldn't be so angry.

"It's just for Qiaoqiao to get a check-up, it's nothing serious. You stay here quietly and don't make a fuss. It'll be alright, we'll take care of Qiaoqiao." After saying that, Xiaojing left.
