Jun Qi let out a low howl, sniffing the unfamiliar scent, and began to walk in one direction.

Golden sunlight streamed through the gaps in the leaves as Jun Qi carried Xu Qiaoqiao past the tree. The sunlight brushed against his slightly curled beard, casting a few small round spots on his gaudy fur.

The claws stepped over the reflected points of light on the ground, as if moving forward by walking on light.

He was now walking in the opposite direction from where he had come. Jun Qi walked to a large tree, circled it, and saw the scratch marks he had left on the tree. He sniffed them a few times but didn't smell the unfamiliar scent.

"Chirp chirp".

Jun Qi called out and followed the aura. However, the aura gradually dissipated after a short while, and by the time he realized it, the aura remaining in the air was already very faint.

He lowered his head and sniffed a few more times, but the scent was still very faint, mixed with other miscellaneous scents, making it very chaotic and impossible to discern clearly.

It's important to know that jaguar territories can overlap. Generally speaking, the territory of a male jaguar is larger than that of a female jaguar, and often, a small part of the territory of a female jaguar also belongs to a male jaguar.

Junqi's odd behavior was that he didn't want to share these territories with other jaguars. This rainforest was so big, why not just stay anywhere? So before he met the little guy, he had encountered several females who wanted to take over his territory.

After all, he is a top predator, number one, and one is enough.

Phrases like "Wow, you're so great, little one!", "Yes, that's good!", "I'm listening, little one, please continue!", "Yes, I think so too."

At first, Xu Qiaoqiao was quite happy to hear Jun Qi's agreeing words, but after it happened many times, she noticed that the tone of his voice and the length of his sentences were all the same.

She knew that this guy hadn't understood her at all; he was just blindly agreeing.

Even so, Xu Qiaoqiao still talks to Jun Qi every day, chattering away about her feelings and occasionally talking about things she posted in the past. Her desire to share hasn't diminished at all.
