"Second brother, come with me!"

Lin Xue called Lin Lao Er over and went to the back of the ticket office.

I walked up the steps to the second floor and knocked on the door of an office.

"Knock knock knock!"

"Enter!"

Hearing the sounds inside, Lin Xue was about to open the door and go in when Lin Lao Er grabbed her arm.

"Little sister, what are we doing here?"

Seeing Lin Lao Er's bewildered expression, Lin Xue made a "shh" gesture to him.

"Is Director Wu here?"

Lin Xue had just opened the door when she asked loudly.

"What do you want with Director Wu? She's still away on a business trip!"

In the office, a stylishly dressed woman in her thirties glanced at Lin Xue and her companion.

"Hello, ma'am. We are Director Wu's nephew and niece. I was a sent-down youth in Northeast China, and we are heading back home after visiting relatives today."

"My dad originally told us to come to my aunt to get a sleeper ticket, but who would have thought that my silly second brother would buy me a hard seat ticket instead!"

At this point, Lin Xue rolled her eyes at Lin Lao Er, who was following behind her, with annoyance.

It did look quite convincing.

“Our family had already discussed this with my aunt, and we even brought a thank-you gift. But now she's gone on a business trip, what am I going to do?”

Then he took out a stack of slips of paper from his desk and quickly wrote a few lines on them.

Lin Xue answered quickly, and then Sister Wang wrote down the number of people, stamped the document, and tore off the slip of paper.

"With this slip of paper, you can go to the ticket office and exchange your hard seat tickets for sleeper tickets!"

Sister Wang smiled and handed the note to Lin Xue, then gestured for them to leave.

Lin Xue and Lin Lao Er thanked Sister Wang repeatedly, then carefully left the office. They closed the door behind them before hurrying downstairs.
