Jiang Ling, an eighteenth-tier actress who grew up in an orphanage in her previous life, woke up after a car accident to find herself as the green tea cannon fodder female supporting character who ...
It's now 12:37 AM on February 28, 2025, and I've finally finished the entire novel! Yay!
Now, these are just some of my random thoughts, which may be illogical gossip, or they may be the outburst of emotions late at night. In short, friends who see this can choose whether to read the following content.
Let me first talk about my original intention in writing this novel.
It's because I've read many novels in which the heroine transmigrates into the body of the supporting female character. She clearly knows most of the plot, which is equivalent to having a semi-God's perspective, but is still bullied by the original heroine (the bad guy version). I feel very depressed and aggrieved.
Even if you can't completely fight back or resolve the problem, at least don't be bullied in different ways. Well, I can't bear to see my beloved heroine suffer this kind of humiliation, so I plan to write a smart and free-spirited heroine. I don't ask for a happy story, but at least don't get angry when you read it.
Of course, I also like writing.
Then I would like to talk about the characters I created.
First is Jiang Ling.
In my heart, she is like my precious child. There is no doubt that I love her very much.
In my eyes, Jiang Ling is a very free and easy person. Even though she was abandoned by her parents, she never fell into the quagmire of suffering. Even if she was in the quagmire, she might make a mud rabbit in it, then put her hands on her hips and look at the sky, smiling and saying that she hopes God will send down rain to wash away the mud on her face, because it is very uncomfortable if it is dry.
Maybe it's because she grew up in an orphanage, so she matured earlier than other children of the same age. She knew clearly what her situation was. She knew that she might not be able to wait for someone to adopt her, that she might not be able to go to college, and that she might have to struggle to make ends meet all her life, but she never gave up.
She regards the director of the orphanage as half a mother, the children in the orphanage as brothers and sisters, and she regards this place as her home.
In fact, it can be said that Jiang Ling’s days growing up in the orphanage were not bitter. She felt they were sweet, just like the candies the director bought for them during the Chinese New Year.
She takes things as they come, but she's not completely down on it.
She puts "home" first, Qingqing second, then money, and finally herself.
She understood the meaning of money and knew how useful it was to her and the orphanage, so she gave up going to college, took a part-time job, and then entered the entertainment industry.
It can be said that she is a girl who can survive anywhere.
As long as she doesn't object, she can live a good and comfortable life.
Jiang Ling is a little sun.
She can shine on anyone she wants.
She is always optimistic, free and easy, and she is the typical person who can lie on the ground and rest for a while when she is tripped by difficulties. But during this rest period, she will think of a way to stand up and move forward.
Just as Zhou Jing'an said, Jiang Ling is so brave, optimistic, kind and intelligent.
He said he wanted to describe her with all the beautiful words, and honestly, as an "old mother", I totally agree.
Speaking of this, thinking of the previous few chapters, some friends expressed that they felt that Jiang Ling accepted the fact of traveling through a book so easily and too casually, but I want to say that she is such a casual person, casual to the point of being a little indifferent.
She had figured it all out as early as when she was sitting cross-legged on the couch. She just took things as they came, which was her usual style.
The current situation is pretty good. The accident insurance will pay compensation to the dean and Qingqing. After completing the task, they can get cash and a villa and go back. It is a good deal, she thought.
So she accepted it.
Of course, maybe my writing skills are not good enough and I didn’t express myself more clearly, which led to the lack of rigorous logic. This is indeed my problem.
Jiang Ling is so casual, but at the same time she is a very rational person, so she bought accident insurance early on, and listed the dean and Qingqing as the beneficiaries.
She is rational, but not emotionally indifferent at all.
Needless to say, she was able to get along with the dean and Qingqing sincerely, feel what they felt, and think what they thought, as well as Hu Hu, Jiang Lianshan and Meng Wanjie, Zizhen and Luzhu, Xiaojia and others, Zhou Jing'an, Wanran, Doctor He, etc.
So, aside from her mission, she rescued Wu Wanying, Jiang Fei, Xingxing, Zhou Ning'an, and her child. Even after receiving her reward, she still went to rescue Wanran and bring Doctor He back to the capital to take care of him. Of course, she loved them, and she was kind and sincere, so she wouldn't turn a blind eye and let them go to their doom, knowing their fate.
Hehe, Jiang Ling is such a bright little sun.
So it's not without reason that everyone loves her.
She loves Zhou Jingan, but above all else, she always loves herself the most. Or rather, she won't lose herself in love with someone. I don't know if I've conveyed this point. If I don't, then I haven't written it well enough. (?﹏?)
Then let’s talk about Zhou Jing’an.
He has been shouldering the mission of his family since he was a child, and later the mission of his country. Before meeting Jiang Ling, he really never thought that he would love someone so much and his heart and eyes would be filled with her.
Some friends said that Zhou Jing'an was not very likable in the early stage. Later when I watched it again, I found that, yes, he was indeed a little bit unlikable.
This is also my problem. I didn't create a good image of him, which made people feel bad. It was because my writing was not rigorous enough.
When Jiang Ling exposed the incident involving Shen Qingru, he was indeed not thoughtful enough, but his original intention was to use him as a starting point to complete Jiang Ling's careful plan, and to mention his suspicion and caution by the way, but he may not have expressed it well, resulting in a poor impression.
