The room was slightly ajar.

Gu Jiangli peeked out from behind the screen, looking into the distance again and again.

"Have they left?" someone asked from behind.

"I'm leaving." Gu Jiangli nodded.

Then close the door again.

When I turned around, there were broken porcelain pieces all around me, and the room was in a mess.

Xie Shiyan subconsciously helped her to sit down on the edge of the bed.

Gu Jiangli looked at the shards scattered all over the room and felt a pang of sadness.

“We’ve been having relationship problems for so long, how come they only noticed today? What a waste of all the good things we have.”

Xie Shiyan looked indifferent. "They're not worth much. We can buy more later. Don't touch these things. I'll have Shuang'er come in and tidy them up later."

Xie Shiyan remained silent.

He never cared about money.

Lotus told her several times to take care of herself and her child.

Liu stood in the shadows, sheltered by a banyan tree, and listened to the entire conversation between Gu Jiangli and Hehua.

Seeing the two part ways.

She gathered her men and stopped Hehua, who was on her way to the Gu family.

They also snatched the letter from her hand.

Liu rushed back to the Xie residence with the letter and read it with General Xie.

General Xie became increasingly alarmed as he looked at the document.

Liu confidently said, "The princess."

"I'm not crazy. The princess has been claiming illness and not leaving the palace lately, but who doesn't know that she's been angered by Gu Jiangli?"

"She's probably been thinking about how to deal with Gu Jiangli all along."

"If we can help her vent her anger, let her witness Gu Jiangli's crimes firsthand, and make her report them to the Emperor."

"In this way, no one else in the Xie family was involved, and we are innocent."

"She can also deal with Gu Jiangli in a reasonable way. The princess won't miss such a good opportunity."

General Xie's gaze toward Lady Liu was now filled with shock.
